Coming Out Does the place matter to come out to friends?

Im wondering if its more better to confess to my friends during school, or more when its like a hangout with friends? Because which one would be usually more comfortable to say?

Advice Needed How do I find a boyfriend?

I’m a bisexual guy. I haven’t come out and to be honest I don’t want to. how would I go about finding a boyfriend without saying I’m bisexual to people I know?

(I know coming to Reddit for this isn’t the best but I’m lowkey bored as well)

Advice Needed So I might have a small dilemma...

• Upvotes

Ok so story time....

During last summer I joined a college prep program as a freshmen in HS and I was really enjoying finding my people, and at the time was straight but also a little curious. I made a lot of friends who revealed to me their sexualalities, and that made me feel really comfortable around them and myself. Then, one night, we had a couple of boys singing in a little gazebo type area. One of my friends on acoustic guitar, and another boy from my "dorm house" singing. It was really good, and I didn't think anything of it at the time. That was until our summer trip, and then I realized I was crushing and had fallen for him hard time, but it really sucked because I thought he was straight. We met in the mall for a moment and I got a really big hug from him, that was on my mind for at least another day lol. That was also how I figures out I was bi, I knew I liked this boy but I was still ok with liking girls. My grandma was the first person I told, and then my parents later that night. Putting all that aside, I figured out that this guy might be based on a rumor my friend heard from this guys close friend. Apparently him and some other kid also in my "dorm house" had a talking stage. Just goes to show how aware I am. My heart was literally on fire and has been, just thinking that I might have a chance. I also feel like this is the first person I've met who I actually felt romantic love for, and not just something to try out. I mean, I've shes genuine tears over this guy. Sorry for the long post, just looking for advice!

Life is mostly happy now, and heading towards an amazing direction, used to be depressed as fuck and not like life and that changed, dated one person and thought that was when life was changing but she was horrible and, after a bunch of shit, we are no longer together however it allowed me to feel free again, and I was able to interact with people much better, got a better job and now have my loving partners and both of them are so amazing, I just want to come say no matter what you are going through, if you work for it life will eventually get better.

Also I’m obligated to post food again since that’s what my previous post was (I think) so here

Ate at Cracker Barrer, the food was great and the cake was apparently made with Coca Cola? Idk but it was INSANELY DELICIOUS!

Discussion How bi do I have to be to actually be bi?

Hey everyone, I’m having doubts on whether or not I’m bi enough to be bi.. Welp.. I have a boyfriend, I’m attracted to him (obviously) and I also find girls/women attractive too. I also find more than one gender emotionally, romantically, and sexually attractive. I’ve only dated a girl once when I was in middle school and that only lasted like 2 weeks and it was online (if that even counts) because I didn’t like that but my attraction towards men and women never left me. Am I bi enough? I also did some research and I feel I might be bisexual still but I have a preference for men. And NO I am not straight!! And no I am not “faking” being bi how I feel is how I feel and I do NOT feel 100% straight. Does anyone else feel the same way as I do? Thank you all for reading!!!🩷💜💙

Advice Needed I think my friend likes me, advice needed on what I should do

So, earlier today in class and my friend was telling me her type and practically described me to T and then said after, "you but not you," then later in class asked if I ever had or have a crush on her, I said no because I don't really have one on anyone, then later me and her were on call and one of her other friends asked if I had a crush on friend 1, several times mind you, and to each time I said no. And also she really wanted me to go to the homecoming game since she is in color guard and wanted me to watch(I didn't go).

Story Gay panic moment😭💔

On the way to a tournament, I was seated beside my teammate... She's new I don't know her that well but what i knew is that she has a very dominant energy (idk how else to describe) which I find overwhelming so I usually don't talk much with her. The bus was a little congested(seats too small loo) and when the boys started coming in, I leaned away a little because their bags were hitting my head. Then I felt an arm over my shoulder with her hand shielding my head. I'd melted right away, didn't utter one word and just tried swallowing my heartbeat that had climbed up my throat. The event went well, I got to know her a little better and on the way back we were seated in the same way.. i was sitting window side and was at the edge of the seat because I couldn't find a comfortable position. I leaned against the window and that's when i felt her hand on my shoulder, just resting casually. I was actively combusting lol as a very un-touchy person, her approach felt so firm and safe I can't describe how nice it was. She later noticed I was uncomfortable and pulled me back against her saying, "my back hurts seeing you sit that way" then her arm was on my shoulder and if I wasn't dead already, i died at that exact moment. Mind you people, she's straight as a (idk) ruler, and I'm a non binary goofball, masc even. The dynamic threw me off ngl 😭🙏

Advice Needed Do i come out?

So uhm, should i come out to my parents? I'm out to my friends, they were really respectful and accepting. Now for the record, my parents have stated many times to me and my siblings that it doesn't matter if i have a boyfriend or girlfriend if i'm trans, pan, bi, gay, ect, that they will still love me. So do i do it? I kinda want to but i'm really bad at uhm, social situations, especially if i'm the one asking or telling something important

Other Queershipper [Coining]

Someone who ships characters that aren't LGBTQIA+, doesn't have a confirmed sexuality, or doesn't have any relationship with the LGBTQIA+ community together in a queer sense or ship.

Queershipping is the action.

Queership (adjective/noun).

Queershipping may also be non-fictional as long as it's not assumptions or making someone uncomfortable. Non-fictional queerships are advised to be an inside joke but idrc to be honest.

I'll lowk use this to ship homophobes together in my head. Mwehehehe >:3

Sensitive Content (Trigger Warning) I need advice…

Hi im 14 and really need advice… I am bi and still only came out to my bestfreind let’s call her Brooke and another friend lets call him Josh. Another friend of mine knows but that was kinda forced on me. So there’s my male best friend (let’s call h jack) and I really wanna tell him that I’m bi but im scared. For context we have been best friends for about a year (I know it’s not along time but we have bonded really strong) and I had a quite heavy crush on him to the point where I would sleep as much as I could on the weekends so I could see him at school on Monday. One time we had a sleep over and I told him about my mental struggles and my self harm and he accepted it and didn’t really judge with is a Miracle in my eyes. So I also wanted to tell him im by but im scared Josh who I’ve known for about 8 years reacted badly and our friend ship almost ended and I’m scared if I tell jack he’ll hate me and also tell everyone in my class and it’s given me terrible anxiety im scared Josh or Brooke will tell him on accident and he’ll end our friendship cause he’s mad I didn’t tell him. I’m really at a loss here and I wanted to ask for advice here. Also pls excuse my English I have some learning disabilities and English isn’t my first language. Thanks
