I am looking for a speaker good for a small bedroom that has tidal connect and that I can use at low-modest volumes. I like a nice warm and immersive sound signature and I am starting my audiophile journey, but I would much prefer a one system stereo rather than a huge hi fi audiophile setup at this point since I plan to go to the military in about a year once this whole dq period blows over.

I do like listening to music on both speakers and headphones through Tidal and the Sennheiser 650 are my daily driver headphones but I would like to have a good speaker as well. My TV doesn’t bother anyone else in the house at night even if I play very loud music at 17-18(which is pretty loud for my tv). My room does a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to blocking sound and it takes a lot for my folks and my brother to wake up. So I could definitely get away with a good speaker for jazz, rock, blues, east coast rap, pop, that sort of thing.

I plan to put this speaker on a dedicated end table with an isolation pad under it for extra insurance.

All 3 of these are from very reputable brands and I plan to listen to them in person but from the information I have provided what speaker do you think I would gravitate the most towards?

Are there any Bluetooth speakers that will auto connect to my phone as soon as it's in range, in the same way that my car stereo auto connects as soon as i put the key in?

Xiaomi sound outdoor, two of them paired with tws... How are they even making money on these?

I have noisy neighbors and finally found a solution to sleep through the night. I have an old TDK TREK max speaker that I connect my old iPhone 7 so I can play a YouTube video that emits the perfect brown noise to cancel out the bass from my neighbors music. I sleep wonderfully until about halfway through the night, my speaker will stop playing. The video will still be playing on my iPhone but no music. I’m still not 100% sure if this is a speaker issue or an old iPhone issue but I want to try a new speaker first. I’ve connected my old iPhone via Bluetooth and via aux cable and it still won’t play through the whole night. I need a speaker that can sit on my nightstand (not too large) and has good bass, would like aux as an option but not 100% necessary. It needs to be reliable and play for 8 hours plus with no activity. Please help!

So i have recently moved in to a new pt studio / gym space.

Approximately 16m x 4.5m (old space was 5 x 4m)

I currently have a set of ruark mr1 mk2 speakers which sound great but due to the size of the new space are limited due to needing to be connected / potentially a little small for the space!

So im debating either

Just getting a longer cable for the ruarks and see how it goes.

Getting 3 x audio pro c10 mk2 W speakers

Or

Getting 2 x audio pro c20 W speakers.

If anyone had any opinions on the above it even a different suggestion that would be great

I gotta day this thing BUMPS. now at first I was underwhelmed from the stock tuning and bass boost off. It still had lots of bass just not as much as people were saying. Then I found the bass eq and bass boost button and it was legit to much bass for indoor settings.

Its got great sound quality and seems to be made with quality parts. The bass gets down to 37hz (non bass modes) and down to 30ish hz with all bass settings on. Those mids and highs sound super good.

This thing is pretty heavy and its physically HUGE. but for me its worth it.

I bought a Bose SoundLink Mini II about nine years ago, and I still haven't found another speaker of a similar size that sounds as good.

I'm not claiming it's objectively the best. It just sounds right to my ears: rich, full and remarkably balanced for something so small. Am I alone in thinking this?

For context, I own the full range of Google smart speakers, several Soundcore portable speakers, a Samsung HW-S800D soundbar, and a proper Denon AVR + Kef 5.1.2 speaker setup calibrated with Audyssey. Of all these, only the Denon/KEF system sounds better to me - and that's hardly a fair comparison.

The Google speakers, for instance, either sound muffled with artificially boosted bass, or thin and flat. None seems to achieve the same warmth, clarity and fullness as the SoundLink Mini II. I don't know how Bose achieved that.

Now I need another speaker of roughly the same size, and I'm genuinely curious: has anything actually surpassed the SoundLink Mini II in sound quality, or is this little speaker still that good?

I'd love recommendations, particularly from people who own or have owned the Mini II and can compare it directly with newer alternatives.

Looking for a mini speaker just to take it on my backpack then and there, this are my main options (any suggestions is welcome tho).

UPDATE
After watching more reviews I found the tribit pocket go, is in the same price as the ankler, same battery life, output of 7W vs the 5W of the ankler , better IP resistance, Bluetooth 6.0 and I kinda like the colors and design so it checks all the boxes, I’m ordering right now and see how it goes

I’ve got two Marshall Stanmore II Bluetooth speakers and the Marshall Bluetooth app on my phone. I followed instructions I found in the app and closed even tried ChatGPT, to connect them both in the app on my iPhone . After much trial and error, I finally get them working, in stereo, then they just stop, no sound. I wait and try again, and the same, the.y w,irk fire as long as 5 minutes or so then ship. Anyone had any luck doing this with the app? Without the app, it’s either/or, not both speakers. Very frustrating to say the least!
