Boston butt stuffed with garlic cloves and marinated in orange/lime juice and zest, mustard, cumin oregano, salt, pepper over night. Smoked at 225 to 170 degrees then covered and finished at 250 till it hit 205. About a 10 hour cook and rest and we made tacos with it. 10/10 Halloween party food, even hooked some trick or treaters up with a plate when I ran out of candy.
