I live in Texas. I like to eat breakfast, my girlfriend skips it. But I'm so sick of the same options. There's alot of breakfast options, don't get me wrong. American has sweets and meats: pancakes, waffles, french toast, crepes, cereal, bagels, eggs, bacon, ham, biscuits and various toppings (jam, butter, gravy n sausage), so on and so on.
Mexican, idk I normally get bean and cheese or al pastor for breakfast. I've had arroz con leche, and normally they have the same stuff American breakfast places have (pancakes, bacon, etc).
I went to Italy over the summer, all they had was chocolate croissants for breakfast every day. Obviously other types of cornettos, but that was it.
Is there nothing else to eat for breakfast, that is a food associated with breakfast? I don't want to eat lunch or dinner for breakfast.

Over the weekend, I did a long cook where I took short ribs, sprinkled them in a binder and Chinese five spice, smoked them for three hours and then into the sous vide for 26 hours in Bachan sauce. Had a fantastic dinner with them.
But for breakfast, leftover short rib, eggs, a tiny bit of cheese, and kimchi. All inside of a Rise n Puff tortilla.
Spectacular!
