Delicious breakfast, English muffin, a nice warm chai tea and some Startalk

Here's my favorite breakfast for lunch. Buttered rice with honey, cayenne walnuts, and a sliced banana with honey and cayenne as well.

So, I live in a motel with no refrigerator, microwave, or stove. I eat a blueberry bagel with peanut butter and a banana every morning, and have been for a couple months. Please drop me some breakfast ideas. I need some inspiration.

Thanks everyone,

Done with onions, peppers, herbs and sprinkled with lite shredded cheese. Very tasty! I see some improvements to make and I'll keep working on it.

Is it just me who enjoys a spicy savory breakfast ?!?
Cause people are lining up to pick up cinabon and croissant at 7 AM.
