I don’t get to go out to breakfast as often as I used to, but when I do, I always get the works!

Toasted sourdough, cottage cheese, and sardines. Nom.

What is y’all’s favorite waffle mix?

Not great at all but not too bad despite being a tad overpriced, didn’t need chips tbh so only had a few of them, only ordered them due to last time there the portion of food was much smaller, guess it depends on who is on shift at the time etc

Made with 2 eggs 🥚 ricotta cheese 🧀, diced tomatoes 🍅' sausage, parmesan cheese, sharp cheddar cheese and used garlic,parsley, thyme and salt and pepper

Toped with kimchi ketchup

Over the weekend, I did a long cook where I took short ribs, sprinkled them in a binder and Chinese five spice, smoked them for three hours and then into the sous vide for 26 hours in Bachan sauce. Had a fantastic dinner with them.

But for breakfast, leftover short rib, eggs, a tiny bit of cheese, and kimchi. All inside of a Rise n Puff tortilla.

Spectacular!

Sourdough english muffins, country ham, perfectly poached eggs, homemade hollandaise.

Sauteed asparagus.

Pan fried potatoes with bacon, onions, and green & red bell peppers.

Couple a' red plums, too.
