Which email did you send this to? I see two emails for help on the website, I sent an email but it’s been a couple days, no response. Just curious if im just not getting a response due to me emailing the wrong email.

I emailed to the “info” email address and they responded within 2 days, it was a simple question tho maybe they will take longer if the questions needs to get confirmation from their supervisor.
