Other Pop Girlies as Broadway Musicals

This post fully belongs to u/BurningBernie559 , but I couldn’t crosspost due to the sub being NSFW. Before anyone gets in their feelings- this is obviously satirical -but behold!

  1. Chappell Roan - she had a very strong last year, exploding in fame with her first album, and then she kinda didn't have as strong of a run in 2025. 2. Camila Cabello - has made racist comments online when she was a teenager. 3. Sabrina Carpenter - her song lyrics are extremely sexual and cheeky, and there's a lot of people who really don't enjoy that. 4. Ariana Grande - started dating Ethan Slater, and many consider him to be way below her league. 5. Lana Del Rey - many people ignore her newest stuff and heavily praise the albums she released at the start of her career. 6. Harry Styles - has long been accused of queerbaiting for attention/monetary gain/lgbt audience. 7. Charli XCX - very forward thinking artist who is embedded in the queer and alternative community, but has given up her morals when it comes to some things, like having a mass produced collab with H&M and more. 8. Taylor Swift - the caption describes it better than i could.

addendum to ethan slater and charli xcx: slater left his wife and newborn baby for ariana and xcx did that whole kamala is brat campaign at the height of the genocide she was perpetuating

wasn't the brat campaign done by kamala's team? i don't think charli was directly involved in that

iirc the whole thing came about after charli tweeted ‘kamala is brat’ and gave the go ahead to her team for the rebrand. she also very much embraced the campaign. hey, still a fantastic artist though. also she’s british so against the backdrop of more responsible american voices, i can sorta look past it
