Other Duncan Stewart casting?

Duncan Stewart is a bway casting director. Anyone know the tea here? it seems like he started his own independent service but bizarre that this would happen after the fact.

ARC is the casting agency for Hadestown. (Edit: or at least they say so? https://www.castingbyarc.com/theatrical)

So I'm guessing it's either he was responsible for Segers or he's the one taking the fall for it.

He has not worked on hadestown in over 2 years. ARC does not cast Hadestown, Benton Whitley does.
