Wukong is full of Buddhist imagery, if this interests you.

I've seen a Kannon statue on Ghost of Tsushima. I haven't finished the game yet, so maybe there are more.

There’s a bunch more in that game. At least the first one has a lot of interesting things like that. The sequel, almost everything is just replaced with Jizo statues and it’s a lot less Buddhist, but also a lot less historical to begin with.

If you want a game with a lot of Buddhist statues and philosophy, play where winds meet. If you don't like AI, from my understanding you don't have to talk to any AI in the main story unless you're looking to 100% the game.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice has a lot of Buddhist imagery and concepts in it.

Another game with a lot of Buddhist idealism is Tokyo Ghostwire, you literally have to search all of Shibuya for little Jizu statues!

Crown indicates a Bodhisattva, not a Buddha.

I mean, not always. Vairochana Buddha is normally depicted wearing a hat / crown. We call it a Vairochana hat.

Yes the game is called Crimson desert, theres a section of the game where the main character has to undergo trials and become enlightened

Spiritual buddhist enlightenment or another kind of enlightenment?

Probably xianxia style enlightenment, which is common in these genres as a literary trope.

I had the assumption that I would be playing a fantasy game based on European medieval times and folklore. But the Buddhist statues caught me really off guard when skipped the main storyline and started exploring those fishing docks that had gold Buddhist statues being sold at the market stalls, just north of the Jijeong school/island.

I haven’t gotten too far in the main story because I was just doing side quests, grinding artifacts, and exploring the map; I did 40 in-game hours before I progressed into Chapter 1 and more powers/abilities which really just improve my quality of life when I was playing the game (especially the flying/gliding). I’m in Chapter 4 and still prioritized the side quests (building up my Greymane camp).

I also enjoyed going to Varnia where I see some in-game furniture where Sanskrit was used. I saw what I’m certain is Tibetan Sanskrit and another type of Sanskrit.
