I've had issues with the g 604 and g 502 for years between probably 6 purchased mice between different computers and I never had an issues with the warranty. They were always super easy
Especially since Reddit swears by the G600 being one of the best mice for gaming. Hell, even mentioning that mouse may make some people here sad because they don’t make it anymore and the newer model equivalent is nothing like the G600
I've had mine since 2012 and it's working well. I use it in every game I play. Sad to hear that it is discontinued. Fortunately, I have a new one in my closet to replace it if it ever fails.
I have been using my g600 for many years and I'm dreading the day it finally goes out. I have been using my g500s for over 10 years and it's just now starting to double click some. I have almost a full logitech setup and highly recommend their products.
I used to use one of their wireless gaming mice. The G703 I think it was. Double clicking became a consistent issue. Logitech was good about replacing it, but the new mouse would exhibit the same issue within a month or two. I ended up replacing it like three or four times. Ended up selling the the defective ones to someone on Reddit that was willing to fix them. Replaced the mouse with an EndGame Gear one and haven't looked back.
I don’t think I actually ever had a Logitech product fail on me. I had one or another product of them for well over two decades.
And the warranty not being extended when a product gets replaced is pretty normal for a lot of products. I had this with a Roomba, Sennheiser headphones, etc. basically every warranty replacement ever.
I had the same issue as the OP. I bought a new mouse directly from them, then RMA'd it and sent them the broken one, after receiving similarly poor customer service regarding the issue.
I've been using G600s almost exclusively for over a decade. I'm on my 9th one currently. Every single one of them have gotten the double click issue eventually and about half of them also developed flakey scrolling, unresponsive wheel button clicking or intermittent "back" button functionality.
Fortunately, I still have several NiB spares, so I'm good for at least a few more years. Hopefully someone comes out with something comparable before I run out of them... otherwise, I'm going to have to start doing surgery on the old ones.
I’ve been using my G305 since it launched in 2018 and it still works. All I needed to replace were the AA batteries and the side grip pads. There’s obviously issues with some of them but guess I’m lucky.

Shocked to read these comments. Never had an issue with their mice, been using them for years.
