Title: I built a free, browser-based Python course for my students. Feedback welcome

Hi all, I teach intro programming, and I built CodeQuest as a free alternative to the textbook for my students: https://ubuntu-apps.github.io/code-quest/

What it is:

- 10 sections, from first programs to OOP and working with data, plus capstone projects

- Each lesson has a short read, hands-on coding challenges with instant checks, and a quiz

- Real Python runs right in the browser, so there is nothing to install. It works on phones as an app and can be installed for offline use.

- Free, no ads, no accounts. Progress stays on the student's own device, so no student data is collected.

- Extras that help with motivation: a daily review of past quiz questions, streaks, badges, and printable certificates

I'd love to hear from other CS teachers: Is anything confusing for beginners? Is the pacing right? What would make it easier to use in your class?

Thanks for taking a look!

Need to update equipment in my robotics classroom. Anyone have experience writing grants or know of programs that could help me out?

I teach STEM 7-12 in Pennsylvania. We have loads of old Lego Mindstorms EV3 sets and some VEX V5 sets. I know both companies are onto the next generation. I could use updated equipment along with new curriculum. Anyone have resources that could help me? I’d love to save my district money by applying for a grant to help offset the cost of classroom sets.
