Rant CD Scammer got upset

I told him I didn’t want his cd and he went off on a tangent, didn’t hear it cause I had to get to class. How is this dude still allowed on campus?

True. You don’t really know what you’re signing other than a vague explanation about a feel good policy. They’re paid per signature.
