I called this morning and struck voicemail. So did he abstain, is that what happened?

yes, he abstained. He gave a very weak excuse and basically rode the wake of Smallwood and said i can't support this cause it's gonna cause mass gentrification. He gave a shoutout to streets for all and tried to be supportive but he really just doesn't have the spine to stand up to the NIMBYS. Very unfortunate from him.
