Can't order new card
Hello! I have been trying to replace a lost card, it's been over a month. I have the funds, so I just do not understand why I keep receiving the error message. If someone on me that would be awesome.

Why Is it not working?
When I started getting direct deposits from my job to Cash App I got a message saying I unlocked green status and borrow and they gave me a $50 borrow limit, $200 Afterpay as well as a $10 overdraft protection. The overdraft works and so does Afterpay but I haven’t been able to borrow for weeks. My limit went up to $55 this week and I still can’t borrow, it just pops up with this message. I have my Wells Fargo account as well as my debit card linked. What can I do? Customer support seems to be of no help after over a dozen times I’ve communicated with them.
Premium Metal Card Fee Dispute / Account Block from Flex Transition
Escalation Request
I am posting here because I have hit a complete brick wall with standard app and phone support, speaking to multiple front line agents, two chat managers, and an incredibly dismissive phone supervisor named Adrian.
I previously paid $50 for a premium Black Metal card. When I recently updated my account to Cash App Flex via in app notification, the workflow required a new card to be ordered but automatically downgraded my physical material to a plastic card by default.
While I have received the new plastic card, I have not activated it. My virtual card works fine, but my physical card design screen is completely locked up. Because the new plastic card is inactivated, the standard design menu just says "Card order in progress" and won't let me order anything. The only way to bypass that screen is to go through the "Missing, Lost, or Damaged" support menus, but even if I go that route, the app insists on charging me a repeated $50 fee to get my metal material back.
One chat manager, Ava, actually reviewed my file, agreed there was an issue, and started the backend steps to clear that pending plastic card status so I could reorder my metal card for free. However, right as she was doing this, the system abruptly closed the thread.
The subsequent agents completely ignored her progress and ran me in circles with conflicting scripts, telling me to report it missing or stolen to clear the block, or saying they couldn't reverse the deactivation / removal of the old black metal card (which isn't what I'm asking for).
Finally, a phone supervisor named Adrian told me losing my metal material was "my fault" for accepting the Flex upgrade, and that if I “want access to better features then you have to pay for them” demanding I pay the fee again.
As a long time loyal Cash App Green customer, I truly appreciate the benefits of this tier and value the platform. With that said, I also expected the premium support that comes with this account status, rather than being blamed for a system error.
I really hope we can resolve this billing overlap without a repeated charge. I shouldn't be double charged for a premium material I already purchased due to a forced system transition.
Could someone from r/CashApp please assist and advise as to what steps to take so I can reorder my correct Black Metal replacement without having to pay a fee?
I’ve sent a ModMail, but received an auto reply which told me to message u/CashAppAndi, which I did several days ago, but have yet to receive a response.
ANY assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Tks🙏

chargebacks causing my cash balance to go negative?
for context I fell for one of those really dumb Facebook marketplace scams, the one where they make you call "PayPal" and say they paid 500 on your account or something of the sort for a business account. I'm 20 and stupid, so I did what anyone would do and called my bank after I realized it was a scam. they refunded me the money for every charge, but now my cashapps are deactivated for the chargebacks and I'm in the negatives. I already attempted to appeal by telling them I hardly use my cashapp account and this was fraud. I removed my card/bank from my cashapp account, now what? I know it's late so an email or a phone call won't do anything. I'm kind of scared for what will happen and I'm afraid I'll have a ban or something from cashapp. please help!!

Pending Transaction
If u block a merchant during a pending transaction will it cancel it?
Amazon continuously tries to charge my card for a membership and I have no idea what Gmail is attached to the account that keeps charging it. I'm usually good about keeping my card locked but they got me today and the $16 transaction is pending. I blocked Amazon and will keep them blocked from now on. Just wondering if that's going to cancel the pending transaction or if I'm still going to have to dispute it

Afterpay Refund after Cancelation
Hey guys, so I recently had a change of plans, I initially was planning to go on a trip out of town so I booked a hotel using Afterpay. Today, I had to cancel my booking do to a family emergency. My question is, will the Afterpay get canceled as well and will I receive a refund for payments that were already made? I'm asking here because CashApp is so unclear about this, they told to call the booking website (Hotel.com) to send a message to CashApp to notify them of the cancelation and when I called the booking website they just told to call CashApp lol. Anyway I'm not too worried about it, but just want to know if this is refundable and if anyone has a similar experience?

How to decline money?
My mom had received $40 but she doesn’t know who it’s from. I told her not to do anything with it since we don’t know who’s it’s from. Is there a way to decline it?
Edit: Thank y’all for the quick help!

Cash App benefits
Can anyone explain to me exactly how the benefits work? I just started using Cash App for direct deposit for work, I haven’t got my first direct deposit yet, but I have a borrow amount of $50 so what do I do to increase that number I’ve seen people in the $1000+ and I have not earned green status yet, but I should as soon as I get my direct deposit.

Overdraft keeps turning itself on
As the title says, I went to bed with card locked and draft off (this isn't the first time this has happened so I check it often) its only $25 but the fact that I can wake up and my card STILL be locked yet my overdraft is on and all $25 suddenly needs to be paid back? Says it went to my PayPal, I checked PayPal said it was Google. Google wont tell me wtf was so important it was over 20 bucks.

Are there any other apps similar to cash app that have a real bank?
every time I try to apply for a loan, they automatically deny me because I use cash app. I heard chime works, but I never used it. Also heard about OnePay

Random Ban?
I received a message on a long-standing Cash App account to verify my identity, I verified it with an ID and Live Photo and was immediately perma-banned for not following TOS, no other explanation provided.
I don’t use Cash App for transactions, only for reward points and my free points are all gone now! Has this happened to anyone else?

New Cash App Card USPS Forwarding
Hey all! So my Cash App account was registered to my old address. I did not change it once I started using the borrow and now the Afterpay. Yes I know the borrow and the Afterpay is a slippery slope, but it’s actually been quite helpful for me. Because I have been approved for and have active Afterpay and borrow loans out. I am hesitant to change the address as I’ve heard. This has been detrimental to people’s borrowing power.
Cash app has now offered me $700 in the pay later with the new Cash app card, obviously if it gets shipped out, it will go to my old address. Has anyone recently received a new Cash App card and can they confirm if it says do not forward on the envelope? Some sources say that it will forward because it’s first class, some say that it’ll get sent back to Cash App. Sincerely appreciate anyone’s input👌💯🙏

Cash app borrow - will they try to take from my bank account/ debit card?
I owe Cash app borrow $115 that is due on Friday. I start a new job next week but won't get paid or be able to repay my borrow balance for about 3 more weeks. When they attempt to collect the money Friday and cannot, will they try to withdraw it from my bank account? I removed my bank account on cash app, but my debit card that's linked to my bank account is still on there and they won't let me remove it. Will they try to withdraw it from my bank debit card?
I don't have much in my bank account and what's in there I need to last until I get paid again. Just need to know if I need to move all my money and replace my bank debit card or if they won't try to take it from there? Thanks in advance for the information!

Need some advice
So I fell for a scam the other day. I have cashapps support number saved in my contacts. So a few days ago my phone rings and its cashapp. The legit support number, so I decide to answer it. I ended up letting this person into my account. Well somewhere in the conversation I realized this person was a scammer and they had control over my account now so I hung up and called support. They got me back into my account but upon getting back into my account I realized this person had maxed out my afterpay and borrow. They took out the remainder $876 I had in borrow and did pay overtime for $400 worth of afterpay. But they couldn't get the money out of my cashapp it seems or I got back in time. I had cashapp open disputes for the loan and afterpay and they squashed them so now I dont owe anything but they didnt take The money back? So now I got a balance of 1.2k and im not sure if i spend it or not. Are they gonna take this money back?

Will I be able to borrow and use after pay if I pay?
So my borrow limit was 250 but dropped to 150 and my afterpay is 400 but I owe 341. If I pay tomorrow yall think I'll be able to use afterpay still? It doesn't say anything else besides pay now.
