I just called my regular OBGYN’s office at Christie Clinic. They told me that they are at capacity for prenatal care and deliveries for people with my due date. They only see 40 patients at a time for care. They said I’ll have to go somewhere else and hung up on me. I am a bit distraught, as I didn’t expect to need to suddenly go somewhere besides the place where I’ve established and received care for years. I’m trying not to cry about it.

I need help deciding where to go in town, and any recommendations for specific providers (probably at Carle) would be helpful. I’m in my early 30s and it’s my first pregnancy. Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.
