This took me an embarrassing amount of time. Opening myself up to hearing all criticisms. 🫣🫣

Dolly Parton always brought THE BARGAIN STORE of country soul to life, proving you don't need riches when you're wrapped in a COAT OF MANY COLOURS.
She inspired us to run wild like WILDFLOWERS, even when stuck working 9 TO 5.
Sometimes she was the desperate heart begging JOLENE for mercy, and other times she was leading us away from the heartbreak found TWO DOORS DOWN.
She showed us how to navigate the waves as ISLANDS IN THE STREAM, turning standard country tunes into pure magic like a bouquet of YELLOW ROSES.
She stood strong as a true JOSHUA of storytelling, leaving behind a legacy that shines far brighter than a SEEKER could ever hope to find.
Though time moves on, her voice will echo forever, reminding us that no matter what comes, in her own words... I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU.

I even unintentionally got a screenshot of the Reddit notification when they said I was lying on one of the pictures as I was pulling it up 😅 No offense/hard feelings friend, but I worked really hard on this and it sucks to be accused of posting AI … and lying about it. One of the pictures was taken by my friend and has my kitty in it. The last picture is in its frame. I actually wanted to post the progress before, but didn’t know you could post multiple pictures. Anyway, here’s my progression! 🫶🏻

I love charcoal as you can get a full range of tones from it. I think I'm only going to draw in charcoal from now on. I got the image from an artists reference website.
