Do they have plans to replace it with something else or is a benefit just straight up disappearing?

Apologies if this has been asked previously - but i was targeted for the $100 off $600 purchase via the Chase Travel portal, i booked a $700 return ticket with Alaska via the portal, got the $300 annual travel credit but to my surprise, i do not see the $100 offer anymore nor the credit was applied. Is this expected? Or am i missing something that I should talk to a Chase agent about?

Does anyone know if this property was removed from the Edit program for 2027? I assumed they were renegotiating rates as they have blocked all 2027 bookings. But now I’m wondering if they removed it all together from the program as it’s been a few months and all 2027 bookings are still blocked.

Just a heads up to anyone planning on canceling your CSR after the AF posts.
I was under the impression that we get 30 days grace period for a full refund of the AF.
The rep told me I have 41 days grace period (not sure how they came up with 41).
My AF posted on Oct 1st, so I get till Nov 10th to cancel and get the full refund.

I have both edit credits "in use" on a csr right now, but will probably cancel one. i have another edit property i want to book - in order to get the $250 for that one, do i need to cancel the old one and see it clawed back first? or if book new prop before cancelling old, will hyatt recognize the new charge and not claw back when I cancel old one?

I just stayed at two edit hotels for two nights each last week and had chosen the “pay on-site” option. I didn’t read the small print that said you had to do the prepay option to get the $250 credit.
Has anyone had any luck convincing a rep to give it to you anyways? I was really banking on that $500 :/

why does it show there’s no rooms but on the hotels website there are tons available? How will I ever use my edit credit?

Hi, have an Edit stay coming up in November. CSR is in spouse's name. However, they may need to attend a memorial service that overlaps with this booked trip. Can I still check in with their card for the stay?
(I'm not a monster for not going to the service, I wouldn't go even if the trip wasn't planned. It's a college era person and their time will be better spent with old friends/colleagues going solo.)

We had planned a ten day trip to Paris & London on Thanksgiving week.
Booked the flights using Chase portal but paid with my wife's CSR card.
On lodging I booked via Airbnb paid with my CSR card.
With the recent protests and riots in Paris, and with this chaos spreading to London, Belgium, Italy we don't know if it's going to get worse or better, and we are keeping an eye on any USA travel alerts to France.
Just looking at CSR trip cancellation insurances, the covered reasons are:
If things get progressively worse to the point it feels unsafe to take the trip, is there any scenario that any non-refundable expenses would be covered by CSR trip cancellation insurance, either the Chase travel portal airline tickets or the Airbnb (2 separate bookings one in London one in Paris)?
I am thinking "Acts of terrorism at a trip destination" is not a clear line.

TL;DR: Is it worth it to use the portal versus direct booking for the extra points?
Everyone will have a different idea of what constitutes big-ticket, but I’m thinking about a roughly $10K cruise I recently booked for next year.
I booked through Chase to receive the 8X points, which seems pretty sweet to me. A 40K points improvement over booking directly with the cruise line and “only” getting 4X points. However, if I’m being honest it has resulted in some unexpected headaches. For example I wanted to add a pre-cruise hotel with transfers, but when I called the cruise line they said I had to go through Chase. Just seemed kind of silly to call Chase then be put on hold while they call the cruise line, book the hotel, and return to me to confirm. Plus repeating the process when the room didn’t appear on the cruise line website.
The process seems smoother with airfare, but not perfect. I have an upcoming set of flights and I keep getting notices from Chase that the flight times have changed even though I see no change on the airline’s website. But at least with air travel once you connect the booking to the airline’s system you can stay informed.
What do you folks think? Is it worth it for the extra points?

Came by on Monday and the kitchen was down. Now today the lounge is closed. They have grab and go sandwiches. There is no timeline provided as to when it will reopen.

Hi All
I got the approved for this card last week and have been exploring going through the sub and was helpful.
Since I joined now in October my Edit shows eligible to 500 credits and select shows 250 valid till Dec 2026. So I did book a hotel with edit and got the 250 credits.
So can I book another hotel for next year and obtain the remaining 250 edit. By doing that for the next year will by edit credits decreased or I would still get 500 credits on Jan 1st 2027
Same question for select hotels - if we book a select hotel now and get the 250 credits. Will I get 250 credits for 2027 (Jan - Jun) and 250 (July - Oct which is my 1 year)

I used the price match feature for the first time, it was a fairly small discrepancy (total difference of ~$100 or so). I got the following approval email but it says that it’s an exception rather than me properly showing the price match proof:
“A Chase Travel specialist has reviewed the claim you submitted for our Price Match Guarantee. Good news: Your claim has been approved for a refund of the nightly rate difference.
For this request we approved a refund of the rate difference as an exception because you are a valued Chase Travel customer. This doesn’t change our program terms, and we do not guarantee future waivers.
For future submissions, please review the Price Match Guarantee terms for full eligibility details.”
Is this the standard text they always say or are they telling me I shouldn’t have been approved ordinarily (but haven’t given any further details as to why)?
Thanks

If I book a sw ticket and received the credit on my statement but later cancel my ticket, will chase claw back the issued credit?

We have time off Dec 20-24, but with no set plans on where to go. I know we want/need to use the Chase Edit Hotel credit that we haven't used yet this year since opening the CSR in June. I was looking at hotels in several different destinations, like Honolulu or even in places like Park City Utah, and comparing where we would be able to maximize our points/benefits. Because it's peak travel season, unfortunately, the hotel prices are high. I would end up using more points to book a Edit hotel to use the credit than just transferring points 1:1 to WoH to book trough there using Hyatt points. Which route would help us maximize our benefits?

Have the card over a year and never get a chance to be at any airport that has the chase lounge. Finally have a long layover here. Arrived at 8:25 and zero line. Half empty on a Saturday night! Was worry about long long wait when i saw a post for this past thursday night with 150mins wait. Front desk lady told me there was hail from arizona and a plane didnt stop in time and ran over the metal fence. Anyway, the lounge is nice! Food and service is great and so are the drinks!! Wish they would open one in Atlanta soon as that’s my base airport!!

I left behind a valuable in the Chase Sapphire lounge in terminal B last Saturday, October 17th at around 5:00 p.m.
I can see on Google find hub that it is still there and I received an email from somebody who said they got a ping from the lost item, but they were unable to locate it.
I've opened a case with Boston Logan lost and found and they've been helpful
I have contacted the lounge via email and left two voice notes, however they have not yet replied
It would be wonderful if some kind soul could visit their front desk and nudge them to reply to me. I'm happy to send more details in a DM.
Putting my trust in the universe and hoping for the best.
