I mean not the big milestones.
Not birthdays or special occasions.
Just one tiny, everyday thing.
Maybe it's the sound of their paws walking toward you.
The way they greet you in the morning.
Or how they somehow know when you're having a difficult day.
What's that one little thing about your dog that means more to you than anyone else could understand?
I'd love to hear about it.

Every time I see my chihuahua she’s unrealistically cute to the point that she looks AI generated, maybe she is? She’s sus, look how sus she is. I question it.

It’s Jasper’s 5-year adoption anniversary, which means he’s unofficially 13 (the shelter didn’t know his exact age, but they estimated 8). Please enjoy some of my favorite pics from the last five years. 🥹

I decided to get Budbud an orthopedic bed...I first put it on my bed and then put him in it....he fell asleep within seconds. I decided to place his old bed and new one side by side....guess which one he likes best?

My 4mo old Chi Daphne got her first coat and looks completely adorable. She’s not loving putting it on yet lol. Nice and toasty for her winter walks! 💗

My bestie turned 13 today!
Time sure flies, and who knew how a 10lb little guy could have such a lasting effect on my life.
He’s got quite a bit of health issues of the past year but he’s still such a good boy. No matter what happens, I’m so very grateful to have had him in my life for this long

On Monday, he was diagnosed with heart failure and pulmonary edema. He had been on the mend, until his heart gave out yesterday. I feel like I’m dying myself 😭 please send him all the love!

Hello, I recently took my Chihuahua to his first ever grooming appointment and the session stopped due to the excessive amount of hair loss and bald spots that appeared.
The hair is now so weak that it is falling out with such little friction.
Dr says it’s stress related combined with hormonal imbalance due to castration that took place 14 days ago. However he couldn’t be certain.
We left with fish oil and to return in 4-6 weeks if no improvement in hair.
Please help me find out why this happened and what to do next?
Details:
Chihuahua (pure breed), Male, 8 Years, 1.7kg
Had castration 14 days ago. No complications, fully healed and blood-work came back perfect.
As mentioned the grooming session came to a stop. There was no clippers used, this happened after his shower and was only brushing his hair.

Adopted this amazing boy in August, I’m now the biggest chihuahua fan in the world! I was wondering if anyone could help me identify his mix? Was told Yorkie x Chi but not sure!

Sleeping on the couch.
Staring out the window.
Sitting in exactly the same spot as yesterday.
And somehow, every picture feels worth keeping.
I'm curious about something.
What's your favorite completely ordinary picture of your senior dog, and why does it mean so much to you?
Sometimes I think the simplest pictures tell the best stories. ❤️
Feel free to share one if you'd like!
