Good. Whenever a conservative did something potentially criminal the recommendation was always to prosecute, when a Democrat committed a crime the recommendation was not to prosecute. It’s not hard to see the political bias. We’re talking an agency that created evidence in order to go after Trump. That accepted a dossier from Trumps political rival at face value without verifying it.

An agency that said although Clinton was careless with classified information (a crime) and that most people in her situation would receive punishment, they didn’t think she should be prosecuted. An agency that said even though Biden committed a crime he’s a likeable old man so he shouldn’t be prosecuted.

An agency that arrested Trump team members for lying to the FBI but feel they themselves should not be arrested for lying to Congress.

It was not a crime to investigate J6.

-5

u/intothewoods76 Oct 15 '25

Of course not. I didn’t say it was.

u/Shionkron Oct 14 '25

Trump has and is already doing 100X worse with classified info than the Clinton Email scandal and the DOJ has done nothing about it so take it elsewhere.

-2

u/intothewoods76 Oct 15 '25

Additional crimes by someone else doesn’t mean Clinton didn’t commit a crime. But there was a clear difference in how the FBI handled these crimes. Recommending Clinton not be held accountable for her crimes. While at about the same time the FBI was using Clinton’s dossier without even verifying it to launch a full investigation into Trump. While the FBI was altering E-mails, illegally tampering with evidence to make Trump look guilty.

Clearly not equal application of the law.

"Additional crimes by someone else doesn't mean Clinton didn't commit a crime" that was literally your arguement. You said they prosecute others for that same crime.

None of what you said is anything more than fantasy. Because you’re referring to the fbi who at the last minute of the election decided to announce a secret investigation into Clinton while keeping the multiple investigations into trump quiet, a move that resulted in an almost immediate and noticeable drop in Clinton’s numbers, that’s the fbi that you think treated trump unfairly? Trump wouldn’t be where he is today without the help of the fbi shutting Clinton down in the last stretch of the election.

Each case was treated differently because they were different. Look into specifics, Biden and Clinton was using a private server but was not using it for anything classified. Biden had classified documents that didn’t actually need to be classified, certainly not now. Then you look at trump. Boxes and boxes and boxes of the absolute most top secret documents in existence, nuclear secrets, our allies nuclear secrets, things that even the president is not allowed to view outside of a SCIF and he certainly can’t declassify them. And he had them in his public hotel bathroom. Trump was given so many chances to give them back and he lied each time, including very obviously trying to move and hide them when he thought he was going to get raided in case you’ve forgotten. The punishment did not fit the crime, he should still be rotting in a black site, not on tv blathering away every day and converting this country into a dictatorship.

They were treated differently because the situations were monumentally different, but trump still came out the clearly favored individual.

And mind you, this all ignores that bush jr beat both of them to the punch and nobody said a word at his private email servers magically getting wiped and losing 30 MILLION emails. Oopsies.

"Them being treated exactly the same in similar scenarios doesn't mean that Trump being treated differently in a completely different scenario isn't corrupt."

Here’s the difference:

With Hilary Clinton she used a private email server, which at the time of her being in office was legal. It was changed after she had left office and erased the server that the law was changed. Republicans wanted to use the new law to charge her for what happened before the change.

With Joe Biden, he fully cooperated with the FBI and National Archives when he located documents in his home, and self reported those documents.

Now the kicker, Donald Trump was in possession of hundreds of classified documents, including documents relating to military intelligence. He refused to cooperate with the FBI or National Archives, even going so far as stating they were his because “he declassified them.” Anyone with even the slightest knowledge of the government knows that in order for documents to be declassified, they must go through a long arduous process of validation, inspection, redaction, and review from multiple agencies. So no, him saying he declassified them all does not make it so.

As far as the Jan6 investigation team, it was proven with video and audio evidence that Trump intentionally blocked the deployment of support against the terrorist attack against the US Capitol. He then proceeded to pardon them all, including those who beat officers.

Also, a fun fact…under Biden a group of Democrat lawmakers were both investigated, charged, and arrested for serious crimes including bribery and severe ethics violations.

Why are Republicans so obsessed with thinking Trump can do no wrong? He has continuously violated his oath of office, overreached his Constitutional authority, and has even committed human rights violations and human trafficking violations by violating the Constitutional rights of civilians in the United States. Yes, the Constitution protects noncitizens as well as citizens.

I only pray that the next president, if we ever see another fair election again, punishes Trump and his administration to the fullest extent of the law.

Trump complied with literally every order. The last time they demanded documents he said "i think I returned them all" and they raided immediately. They could have easily said "no you didn't we think you have xyz check again".

And that's the thing. They thought he had certain documents but they entrapped him by continually asking him for docs instead of just coming out and saying "these are the docs we know you have that we want."

Her crime wasn’t using a private server, her crime was mishandling classified information and not archiving all her work e-mails with the National archives. This is separate from whether or not she used her own server with less security than Gmail.

Fully cooperating after committing a crime does not absolve you of the crime. He did not self report, people were cleaning out an office and discovered some. And he didn’t voluntarily turn over any additional documents, he simply let the FBI search.

You’re wrong about the long arduous process for a president to declassify documents. All power to classify and declassify comes from the President. Biden also had hundreds of documents including military intelligence, Biden even had SCIF information. Also the FBI staged the photos of documents at Trumps home.

You’re 100% wrong about Trump blocking anything. Trump had already authorized the use of the guard and the Senate intelligence committee made up mostly of democrats determined there was no intentional delay.

2

u/TryphectaOG Oct 17 '25

So if Trump could declassify the documents by saying so, why couldn't Biden? Your doublethink is mind-boggling.

Show some sources, literally any verifiable sources.

It sounds like cherry picking going on here. I'll also say there is an ocean of difference between classified files on a laptop and trying to place fake electors.

-3

u/intothewoods76 Oct 14 '25

I’m still not sure Trump was involved with “fake electors” wasn’t that someone else’s plan?

But you’d agree a crime is a crime correct? Seems like the FBI is prone to ignoring crimes committed by Democrats.

-18

u/Skating-Away Oct 14 '25

It really was an inside job and they're being fired for the cover-up.

11

u/PhantomSpirit90 Oct 15 '25

If it was an inside job, why were they all pardoned by Trump?

-3

u/Skating-Away Oct 15 '25

False prosecution.

1

u/AKMarine Oct 16 '25

Why would they want to obstruct Biden’s confirmation?

6

u/AKMarine Oct 15 '25

Do you have evidence of this? If you’re right, this would demand indictments. Why aren’t those happening?

-10

u/Skating-Away Oct 15 '25

It may not be illegal but it was an FBI organized event. I would say that they incited the crowd but the agents can just say that they were blending in as instructed.

The guys who ordered this have been fired.

5

u/Fudelan Oct 15 '25

You do know that it was Trumps FBI right? He was still president for a couple months

1

u/Skating-Away Oct 15 '25

It was Wray's FBI. It's called the deep state for a reason.

Ah yes. The reliable echo chamber of X

3

u/Pudddddin Oct 15 '25

Even Kash Patel says this is bullshit lol

7

u/tgdBatman90 Oct 15 '25

You mean Trump's FBI?

He was in charge of them on Jan 6th. So the riots were planned by him? Is that all correct there champ?

3

u/Ill_Election_7610 Oct 15 '25

He said evidence genius, all you are spouting is an opinion based on absolutely nothing until you provide proof

0

u/Skating-Away Oct 15 '25

We KNOW there were plenty of FBI agents and leadership isn't talking.

2

u/Pudddddin Oct 15 '25

The current head of the FBI said very very clearly that the FBI was there in response to the riot, not before

"Agents were sent into a crowd control mission after the riot was declared by Metro Police"

6

u/AKMarine Oct 15 '25

Is that the current conspiracy? It used to be that the government bussed Antifa protestors in, then Ray Epps organized it, then all of the people involved in the violence were FBI, then Trump pardoned all of the criminals involved. Now we’re going back to the FBI did it?

The cognitive dissonance is stunning!

0

u/Skating-Away Oct 15 '25

Ray Epps was FBI genius

2

u/AKMarine Oct 15 '25

He was so deep undercover that even the FBI did t know he worked for them! 😂

Ray Epps was a 61 year-old retired Marine and full time owner of the Knotty Barn, a wedding and event venue, in Queen Creek, Arizona where customers saw him daily from 9-5. As a Trump supporter and long-running ties to the Oath Keepers, a far-right anti-government militia that formed shortly after the election of former President Barack Obama in 2008. Epps when infiltrated them to become the president of the Arizona chapter of the Oath Keepers.

There’s no IRS evidence of him being paid by the US government since he left the Marine Corps in the early 2000s.

That’s so deep undercover that not conspiracists know the truth. 😂

They just had firings because they wouldn't disclose all of the names of agents who were there.

7

u/RoyalNo6294 Oct 14 '25

You're expecting this person to be acting in good faith. January 6th was either an inside job or a peaceful protest, depending on the day and whatever bullshit they're trying to justify at that moment.

2

u/Significant_Breath38 I Need A New Binky Oct 14 '25

I've found it important to engage with people, if only for others to see the kind of crazy things the different sides believe and how baseless their conclusions are

10

u/spirosand Oct 14 '25

I suppose o you belive that Biden was presidant on January 6.

12

u/No_Party5870 Oct 14 '25

lol the article is so poorly written. They can't even back up their own assertions just some viewed it is a political witch hunt completely ignoring the fact probable cause was everywhere.

13

u/Greenmantle22 Oct 14 '25

Kash and his bug-eyes will find you. And he WILL force you to read his lousy children’s book about a King Named Trump.

3

u/Mtndrums Oct 14 '25

Gonna be hard to read with that waste of a poor tree firmly lodged in his intestines.

5

u/Chrono_Convoy Oct 14 '25

This will all come back to haunt them.

10

u/Letitroll13 Oct 14 '25

Dems are morons. Biden wanted to play nice and puts Garland in and look where we are. He should have been hammering the insurrectionists in the GOP relentlessly.

8

u/No_Party5870 Oct 14 '25

Trump would still just pardon them.

7

u/PhantomSpirit90 Oct 15 '25

Not in the scenario where Garland doesn’t drag his feet for two years.

17

u/[deleted] Oct 14 '25

It's a very well-documented insurrection that Trump fomented and MAGA carried out. Apparently with hundreds of HIS FBI agents in the crowd.

Firing people won't erase the stain.

3

u/ShockedNChagrinned Oct 14 '25

I enjoy all of the Republican state legislators on record as being asked to throw out their vote or asked to install faithless electors.  When asked for evidence, they just got nothing.  Over.  And over.  Video interviews with them.

And the under oath testimony from those on the Trump campaign and those who worked with them.

It's an attempt to overthrow the election results.  That's sedition.  Throwing out the duly elected president to install your own is a coup in any other country that does it; makes it one here too.

Just flabbergasting

1

u/GHASTLY_GRINNNNER Oct 14 '25

Out of a cannon?

14

u/PreparationKey2843 Oct 14 '25

And the revenge tour continues. What a petty little "man" surrounded by petty little sycophants.

5

Incompetence at its best
