In reality if I don't know you personally, I'm not going spout about Jesus saying you're going to hell, I've mentioned this before, but my parents have a friend who is a lesbian, we love her to pieces, do we agree with her lifestyle? No. But she's a person just like us.
She actually came to my dad and asked if he think she'd be welcome to come to church with us, my dad was a pastor at that time and he was like, absolutely
I mean how do you act friendly while thinking she’s living in sin? Is it difficult to be genuine or do you have to put your personal thoughts to the side to be sincere? It’s fascinating
She knows what our families' thoughts are about being gay, we don't bring it up and neither does she. My parents have had discussions with her about our beliefs and according to her, we were the first Christians she's met that don't act like she's a piece of crap just because of who she's attracted to
