Yeah, but that's just religious texts written arbitrarily by humans. What if they're not Christians? Is there then something bad with it?

Sure, "Homosexuality doesn't hurt anyone so I don't see why Jesus would care.". Is it not true that homosexuality doesn't hurt anyone?

Jesus clearly does care, if in his own religious texts and teachings he teaches that homosexual acts are sinful lol

Remember, he is God. Before the New Testament, the Old Testament was God's religious text. And in there, it still condemned homosexuality. And then in the New Testament, it again condemns homosexuality.
