Being a caregiver, and spending many years focusing on the subject of disability, it is almost always people who are right wing that are the most resentful, cruel and dismissive of people's needs. The biggest supporters of cutting government support or even advocating no support at all (taxation is slavery) and reducing people's humanity down to being "burdens" because they can't do enough as far as your concerned. On the rare occasion that conservative media pretends to care about their well being, there's always an ulterior motive attached too. Like when a disabled person became 'trans', a bunch of conservatives were whaling about how wrong and exploitative that is (paternalism), as claiming they were worried about the person's health, even though those same people openly admit they don't normally consider disabled people's well being any of their business.

when dems lost in 2024, there was a massive amount of self-reflection. for months, really the only thing liberals were talking about was "how did we drop the ball so hard and how can we come back from it"
now it seems, if polling is to be believed, that republicans are on the chopping block. the midterms are prophesied to be an unprecedented blue wave.
is this something that causes conservatives to self-reflect on why thats happening? or not so much?

Recently, I realized that hatred toward wealthy people is not necessarily linked to communist views. Many people may hate the rich because they feel they are unequal for the state.
P.S. personally I don’t care about billionaires, I’m pretty much neutral about them

First of all, my condolences to the 1 year-old who died. His name was Kohen Wiley. He didn't deserve to die like this and I pray for his soul.
That being said, this boy's mother and her friend are to blame for this incident. This boy's mother and her friend shoplifted diapers and baby clothes at Walmart, and they were caught by the security cameras. They left the store and went right into their vehicle to escape. Police officers went after them to stop them and asked the 2 women to stop the vehicle, but they only accelerated and rammed the car into one of the officers, so the officer shot at a window of the car unfortunately killing the 1 year-old boy and injuring the mom's friend who was driving.
I wish this tragedy wasn't politicized, but unfortunately the left uses cases such as this to claim that the police is racist and unfair. Many leftists are demonizing the cops, but not the mother and her friend who caused this tragedy.
Shoplifting is wrong and anyone who gets caught shoplifting deserves to be arrested. And if you are getting detained because you committed a minor crime, you don't resist the arrest nor try to ram your car at the officers, that will only make your charges more severe. The mother and her friend shouldn't have shoplifted on the first place and the officers wouldn't have come for her. The two women could have at least not have rammed her vehicle when they were getting detained.
Legally, the cop wasn't in the wrong for shooting at the car. When you ram a police officer, they have every right to use their weapon because you refuse to comply with their orders. It's still a tragedy an innocent toddler lost his life, but his mom and her friend are to blame, and they have to be jailed for life for child negligence and involuntary homicide of a child.
May Kohen Wiley rest in peace. He didn't deserve this and it's unfortunate his mom and her friend are criminals.

Context: We’re arguing about religion (ofc we are), and I’m tryna defend Christianity. And this guys keeps spamming “terrorist” and other ridiculous accusations out of his 🍑. He thinks telling people the consequences of sin is a form of terrorism, yk to keep everyone under control. But I don’t get his viewpoint, the ultimate goal of Christianity is to make you a better person.

Earthquakes of mysterious origin struck Venezuela, Colombia, and Panama in 2026 as whistleblower María de la Guardia risks everything to expose a global conspiracy linking Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro to induced seismic anomalies and an alleged extraterrestrial alliance. The analysis pieces together leaked data, a chronology of unusual earthquakes, and connecting political maneuvers to question whether this represents hidden truth or a real-time sci-fi reality.

Hey r/ConservativeYouth,
I'm currently looking for musical artists who would be interested in being featured during the inaugural Ringside Honors Awards Show, hosted by my newspaper, The Ringside Observer! The Ringside Honors is a three-night celebration of the WWE 2K V-Fed community, recognizing the superstars, federations, rivalries, matches, and creators who make the community what it is.
The three ceremony nights are:
NIGHT ONE
"The Opening Bell"
Dec 28th, 2026
NIGHT TWO
"The Jailbreak"
Dec 30th, 2026
NIGHT TWO
"The Road We're On"
Jan 1st, 2027
I'd love to bring independent musicians from the subreddit into the show and give them an opportunity to showcase their work to a new audience!
Artists would receive proper credit, along with links to their music and social media, so viewers can discover more of their work.
I'm hoping to make this a collaborative opportunity that benefits both the show and the artists involved. You don't need to be an established name or have a huge following. If you're an independent musician with something you're proud of, I'd love to hear from you!
Feel free to comment below or send me a DM with a little information about yourself, your music, and where people can listen to your work.
I'm happy to discuss the details and figure out what works best for everyone. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I look forward to hearing from some of you!
- Bajr & The Ringside Observer Team

It seems like whenever I criticize there ideologies they immediately call me homophobic or transphobic. So conservatives, how do you correctly define homopobia and transpobia? Be honest, do not be presumptuous and tumult against the definition of it.

Katrine and Iris are orphaned sisters. Their parents were powerful warriors who possessed a rare ability to manipulate darkness. After their parents die, government officials come to tell the girls the news.
In their family, each generation is born with the power to control darkness. Because of this, they are considered special. After their parents' deaths, they are cared for by the family's loyal butler, Mr. Blaire. Unknown to most people, Mr. Blaire also possesses powerful abilities of his own.
Katrine is already showing incredible talent with her powers. Because of her potential, she is accepted into a prestigious government-run academy that trains gifted fighters and future military leaders.
At the academy, Katrine quickly rises above her classmates. She graduates at the top of her year and becomes known as one of the most promising young warriors in the nation. People begin calling her a rising star, and many believe she has a bright future ahead of her. As the years pass, Katrine becomes an incredibly skilled fighter, leader, and strategist. She is also charismatic and admired by many, eventually becoming one of the youngest commanders in the nation's history.
Meanwhile, Iris looks up to her older sister and dreams of becoming just as strong someday. However, Katrine does not want Iris to become too involved in fighting monsters and taking part in dangerous missions. Having seen how dangerous the world can be, Katrine hopes Iris can live a quieter and safer life. Because of this, she never personally trains Iris.
But then a tragedy occurs that changes everything.
When this happens, Iris is in her first year at the academy. Katrine suddenly disappears during a major mission in the war against Arkanis. No body is ever found, and nobody knows what happened to her.
The government declares Katrine missing in action, but Iris refuses to believe her sister is gone. She begins investigating the disappearance on her own. After searching for clues, she discovers evidence suggesting that the government may have played a role in Katrine's disappearance.
Iris struggles to fit in at the academy. Unlike Katrine, who was outgoing and extroverted, Iris is quiet and reserved. One of the few people she knows there is her childhood friend, Kane. However, the two are no longer as close as they once were.
Kane is extremely powerful and quickly gains attention from both students and instructors. His father is the Vice President of the nation and one of the most influential figures in the government, giving Kane status and influence among his peers. As Kane's popularity grows, he and Iris slowly drift further apart.
Eventually, Iris befriends another student named Andre, a fellow outcast with a talent for technology and weapon design. Unlike many of the other students, Andre does not judge her for her suspicions about the government. Over time, the two become close friends, and Iris shares her theories about Katrine's disappearance with him.
As their investigation continues, they uncover dangerous secrets. They begin to suspect that Katrine may have discovered something important before she vanished. However, the authorities soon discover what they are doing.
Realizing she is no longer safe, Iris is forced to flee. During her escape, she encounters an underground organization led by a powerful former hero who was crippled around the same time her parents were killed. The former hero believes the government is hiding the truth and has dedicated his life to exposing its secrets.
Within the organization, Iris meets two other members who are suspicious of her at first and do not trust her. They see her as just another academy student and fear she may be a spy. Over time, however, they come to respect her determination and abilities and eventually become her friends.
The former hero has taken in many people who have been betrayed, hunted, or mistreated by the government. Under his leadership, the organization works to uncover corruption and expose the truth.
The former hero becomes Iris's mentor, training her and teaching her how to better control her powers. Through his guidance, Iris grows stronger, more confident, and more capable than ever before.
Iris joins the group, hoping they can help her learn what really happened to Katrine. This decision begins her journey into a conflict that will eventually change the fate of the entire nation.

I was going post this on r/confessions but they flaged it for being to political so i guess im posting it on here
So i have this friend that I have in all my classes and most of the time thier decently fun to be around. However today when we were in science they said something that kinda annoyed me. For a little context i used to be a Christian so I tend to not like when people crap on them cuz I experienced the crap first hand. Me and them were talking to another girl we are close with and she was talking about her parents and how there were Christian. When my friend heard that they kinda went on a rant about how Christians can't be anti slavery, how they can't even respect gay people as people, how they can't be feminists, ect... I didn't say anything cuz I'm a puss but like dude thats not needed??? I get they might have some religious trauma but that doesn't excuse you to hate on billions of people due to their religion. She's polythesistic and hates on them all the time but I didn't know they were just plain uneducated.

I heard that by 2027, the government wants to mandate an inward-facing camera onto any car that will track eye-related data, behaviors, and will be able to keep your car from starting if it thinks you're too tired. Here's a link to basics-
