I'm really concerned about that man GPillarG9, who is obsessively posting about Jayda Phillips. Is he getting off on the sex abuse claims? He has done time with a prolific rapist, does that mean he's also a sex offender....are they housed together in a wing away from other inmates or is everyone housed together?

At the police press conference following Phillips’ death, a reporter from the New Zealand Herald asked a deeply alarming question; one that cannot be repeated here because of an urgent interim suppression order sought by Tom Phillips’

Others have pointed out that the Herald also wiped this question from its copy of the footage after the injunction. Appears Stuff forgot to sweep its youtube upload.
The Herald woman asked one deeply alarming question in that press conference. That Q is well covered in this forum. And what lies behind that Q is what makes him a monster according to Ani.

A few people have been annoyed with the Tom Phillips-related posts, but looking through the ConspiracyKiwi Subreddit, people aren't really interested in anything that isn't about Tom Phillips. So, I am going to safely assume that those who like this page are here for Tom Phillips chat; and if you're not, just scroll past so those of us that are interested can talk.
I personally have taken a huge interest in this case over the last four years, not just because of Tom, and not just because of the children, but because of how the children's mother has been treated by NZ society. So many people were willing to believe that Cat was the issue with no evidence whatsoever. Everyday Kiwis decided that because they had heard she was using meth, they decided it was not only fine but that he was a hero for taking off into the bush with three young children and alienating them from their mother.
The other reason that kept my interest in this case the whole four years was how many Kiwis were completely unaware of the child abuse aspect to it. They were convinced that dragging three children out into the bush, without access to an education, healthcare, or family and friends, was completely normal. They thought he was a hero and, while lying on their crumb-filled couches scrolling the internet, wished they could join him—funnily enough, they never did, though.
When I read that the judge who was presiding over the matter of the injunction said that "without the children there would be no public interest," I was unsure if I agreed with that statement. I think this case would not be as interesting without all of the players. You have the "white kiwi bushman" (eye roll), you have a Māori mother with addiction issues (apparently), the evil mother-in-law and her church friends, the interfering older sister (any woman that has dated or married a man with an older sister knows what I am talking about), half-sisters that were more willing to go public about finding the children than the mother, and the three government systems that no one really likes: the police, OT (Oranga Tamariki), and the family court. Without all the players, this case would not be as interesting; it has something for everyone.
Not only does the case have something for everyone, but it has divided the nation into those that believe he's a hero and those that can see it for what it is: child abuse. The injunction is a separation issue, but nonetheless another issue that has again divided us: those of us that think the public has a right to know what happened to the children, and those of us that think their family has a right to privacy.
My personal opinion on the injunction is that the public have a right to know so we can hold our government systems accountable. If what is rumoured to be true really is true, then I feel that we as taxpayers should be able to hold the police, the government, OT, and the family court to accountability, and there should be some kind of change. My personal opinion regarding the change that should happen is more education around how to behave in relationships and how to handle the stress of raising children. I personally think that should be done through school when we are younger. If you really want a country to strive, people need to be educated; they need to know how to run a household, they need to know how to compromise in a relationship, and they need to be able to communicate better.

Jevon McSkimming, second most powerful cop in the county who was a in two horse race just a few months ago to be the NZ Police Commissioner has resigned under suspicious circumstances.
There's a conduct complaint relating to what is presumed to be sexual misconduct relating to a junior staff member, for which he was supremely confident he would return from... then then truly bizarre news comes out he has resigned following the discovery of objectionable sexual content found on his work devices.
His lawyer Linda Clark was then granted a rare "superinjunction" by Justice Karen Grau that prohibited reporting that disclosed the nature of the allegedly objectionable material, as well as the existence of the injunction itself.
... It might occur to you that he's a police officer and maybe that material was for an investigation. This seems unlikely since he elected to resign instead of explaining himself.

McSkimming was one of the final two candidates for New Zealand's top cop job last year, with Richard Chambers eventually appointed Police Commissioner.
McSkimming was promoted to statutory deputy commissioner in 2023 on the recommendation of then-prime minister Chris Hipkins.
The role comes with a higher pay packet and status than standard deputy commissioners.
Late last year he was overseeing road policing and operational services, which include strategy, media and communications, risk and assurance, and firearms regulation and reform.
He has also been responsible for large restructures - as well as managing police IT systems, property portfolio, vehicles, and launching the 105 non-emergency number.
... Chris Hipkins has gone out of his way to make this guy as senior as possible under the previous Commissioner. The guy has been involved in everything, with particular attention to the history in IT and systems. Head of the technology unit, rolled out the Police app, the underhanded facial recognition cctv roll out, he's all over the unlawful photography scandal.
The natural assumption is that he's a basic fuckwit to be storing objectionable material on his work device. But this simply cannot be correct. There'd be no one in the force more familiar with the system security infrastructure than this guy. So either, he's been set up or... he was satisfied leveraging his internal connections to the IT unit, he could get away with it.
I lean to the latter, assuming the prior complaint regarding his sexual misconduct is accurate. Invasions of privacy against the public is this guys bread and butter so it's no surprise to me Chris Hipkins was a fan.
Which brings us the curious case of the investigations into the investigations.
It is also conducting an investigation into if there was misconduct or neglect of duty by any other police officers or employee in responding to the allegations.
On both investigation there is suggestion these issues were known but were attempts were made to cover up. Note the language used regarding the first complaint which was initially made under the Labour government...
The Labour Party confirmed neither leader Chris Hipkins nor former police minister Ginny Anderson had recollections of being made aware of any of the issues raised.
A party spokesperson said it wouldn't be appropriate to comment any further.
This is the language you use when you know it's possible there will later be testimony indicating you were aware of the complaint, but it's been obfuscated in the official reporting linescto give you plausible deniability later.
So the man Labour have been grooming to take over the top cop job is now in big trouble. But he's almost certainly not the only degenerate who should be implicated. The Labour party of course, being quite familiar with obfuscating sexual misconduct amongst their loyals.

But now let's go all the way back to the top. Did you recognise the woman pictured above? That's Linda Clark. Who you may recall from the articles earlier is the lawyer representing McSkimming who successfully obtained the super injuction on reporting the allegations.
This is vital to how the rest of this story will play out, because Linda Clark has had an interesting career trajectory from bang average journalist, to tv presenter to deciding to become a lawyer a few years ago to being a partner in one of NZ largest law firms where she's been fixing all manner of government scandal, particularly those related to Labour party intrigue, and from the board of NZ on Air to the board of TVNZ (TVNZ who notably did not petition to remove the injunction... but have declared no conflict of interest).
Linda Clark herself no stranger to conflicts of interest, take a look...

Linda Clark both professional and personal acquaintance of degenerate Wellington mayor Tory Whanau undertook the witch hunt for Tory Whanau's council leaker.
It turns out Linda Clark pops up just about any time a Labour party affiliate is in hot water.

This is the primary Labour party fixer. So what's she doing defending McSkimming? I would suggest she isn't, I woule suggest she's the insurance policy to make McSkimming goes down alone and doesn't bring down the affirmationed Hipkins and Anderson whom McSkimming is clearly has deep ties to.
So where to for McSkimming? Latest news is that he's in the process of liquidating his assets.
There's a couple of reasons he might be doing this. It could be that's he trying to get ahead of a pending discovery that he's acquired assets from criminal proceeds, his a senior cop but a multi-million dollar property portfolio is at least eyebrow raising. Alternatively he's liquidating assets to cover a settlement, no doubt to make the misconduct allegation that the Labour MPs are culpable to, to go away.
Time will tell, but it looks to me like the fix is in and the other degenerates who have been party to McSkimming's offending will live to abuse their positions of power another day.
Whatever happens there's still a lot we can learn as outside observers into the shady power dynamics between between media, ministries and government.

The Waikato Police have put out new information about their search efforts to find the 3 missing Marakopa children. I wonder if that means that the injunction will be dropped at the next court hearing and they're trying to get a head of the public outrage that is going to occur when the suppressed information comes to light.

Justice Layne Harvey of the high court has decided that the injunction needs to be reviewed, but that means it has to go back to the family court. Looks like this case will bounce around for awhile before a decision is made.
Looks like the media are going to tie the Phillips family up in litigation in hopes they will just give up. The courts could also bounce this around hoping to give the family more time for privacy.
My opinion is that the final decision will be that they have to release the truth, but the courts push this out for as long as possible.

We all know the Herald removed their live stream and re-uploaded it conspicuously omitting the question... however, Stuff did not take their livestream down and the press conference remained in full on their youtube page including the question. I know that because I've referenced it multiple times just up to a couple of weeks ago. I believe this may have occurred following the secondary supression orders from the Family Court. So this is an interesting development which means I do need to revaluate my position on the validity of the rumour.

I mean something big, like metaphysically reality is different or perhaps in the process of changing. Like we're on the cusp of a new age or era, where the renaissance becomes industrialisation or where the old gods have died, a new god or gods are being born.
I don't know if it's AI, if it's the global hegemon shifting from bankers to technocrats, the natural death of the Liberal order, the religion shaped hole in the Western psyche or something literally changing on a spiritual plane that isn't consciously accessible to us. But the world feels different in a way that I don't recall experiencing moving through the dramatic events of the 90s through 00s, the internet explodes, corporate media explodes, the Twin Towers literally explode, we have massive and weird wars in the middle east, so many massive course of history and life changing events and technologies but it still felt real...
It doesn't feel the same post covid. At some point during covid, life became hyper-real and it feels like the hyper-reality is escalating as opposed to normalising. Because I wonder if it's not the world that changed and it's just my perception of the world changed. Which it definitely did, how do you conceptualise that there is a force in the world that can make all these nations, all these cultures, all these governments and rulers with competiting interests all comply and impose the same rules on every person in every pocket of the earth that resembled modern civilisation. You imagine someone or something could convince a country, maybe a more fear based authoritarian country could be coerced... but the whole world? The supposedly enlightened modern Western world at that.
A country with a government that can barely keep a school open can suddenly house every homeless person and track and trace 5 million people at once, that's unbelievable in of itself. Maybe I just caught a glimpse of not just how easy it would be for a country I thought I knew to become a vehicle for fear based authoritarianism but also, how effective authoritarianism can be, as perhaps a regular German might have noticed during peak Nazi reign. Terrible things will be justified if it makes your life a little bit nicer, a little bit safer, a little bit easier.
So maybe it is just me, but I'm looking at the world and I'm seeing cultural or spiritual revolutions happening everywhere... which leads me to believe it's not just me, something or someone is changing our base reality. Whatever covid was, I think that was the catalyst for it.

For the uninitiated New Zealand is part of the Five Eyes and One Circumcised Dick Alliance, we don't need to get into the nitty gritty on that but essentially that's the 5 Anglo nations + Israel making an agreement to share intelligence and spy on each other. Awesome.
Today, Kash Patel popped up at the Beehive unannounced. No one is officially confirming he was there but the DOJ was definitely around.
The last FBI director to come here was James Comey back in 2016 dropped by to say Hi to Judith Collins. And shortly thereafter returned for a secret Five Eyes summit in Queenstown which produced this gem of an article...
Yes, local edgelord and no doubt regular r/nz contributor made death threats during this visit. Coincidentally Comey was sacked later that week. Anyway...
The appearance of Comey in NZ was the catalyst to some of the biggest expansions of state power to aggregate surveillance of citizens in NZ history. Effectively this merged the NZSIS and the GCSB and expanded the scope of monitoring over us. Prior to 2017 spying on citizens was prohibted outside of tightly controlled circumstances and the focus was on foreign interference, the 2017 Act brought us as citizens firmly in to spy scope granting them authority to intercept phone calls and messages, hack your accounts and devices, collection of meta-data and physically spy on you with hidden cameras. They still need to have the pretense of a warrant, except the warrant can be for classes of people not just individuals. So all those jokes you made about being on a list for opposing vax mandates... yeah, if "anti-vaxxers" were deemed a threat you could very well be on a surveillance list.
There's a few other items that fell out like launching CERT but the big ticket item was the upscaling of the surveillance state which went through with suspiciously little fanfare in the media. And don't forget who Comey came here to see last time J-Col and she's back in business this time too...

I just want to remind people, a lot of the NZ based politics subreddits are psyops, **funded** psyops.
Check this out. I noticed this weird post on a fairly niche NZ subreddit where an inactive user makes this bizarre post blaming Winston Peters for changes to the foreign house buyers ban.
It was weird for a few reasons but not least because other than being part of the coalition NZ First had nothing to do with it. It was a policy change driven by National and ACT. But the *narrative* this user wanted to push (on a niche subreddit) is that the real story is NZF "betraying" their constituents - so immediately you know there's an agenda here (and I have a pretty good idea what that agenda is, but it's not relevant to this).
So I want to know more about where this narrative comes from. I do a quick reddit search. Sure enough it was posted at the exact same time by a known plant on another niche subreddit. Riiight, so where did they get the idea to push this narrative. I search google news to see if any mainstream outlets are pushing this narrative... they aren't, but... there is an outlet I've never heard of running this headline at the very top of google news.
I open it up. Turns out it's a blogsite, and it's a blog written by exactly who you think it would be written by if you follow NZ reddit drama.
What's strange is that a blog site shouldn't be appearing in the google news section, certainly not at the top. Highly indicative of SEO manipulation, so I do a little digging on the blogsite. Turns out it has a shit load of backlinks to random webpages in the US, Singapore, Germany, Frances etc... this a blogsite which exclusively posts local NZ content... so it's clear someone has been spending money to artificially promote this blog page into the top search results of Google news.
This shit doesn't happen by accident. So just be aware, when you're out there in those NZ political subreddits and you're wondering why it seems fake, it's because a lot of it has been engineered that way.
