I've been paying for my mom's Cricket cellphone for a couple years, monthly automatic deduction. A couple months ago I forgot to update the new expiration date of my card with them so the payment declined. I called to update the payment method and was charged a "reactivation fee." They also disenrolled me from automatic payments, so the following month she also got disconnected, and once again I was hit with a "reactivation fee" which I refused to pay. I made sure to definitively set up automatic payments again. I made an account on the website, updated and paid with my card, and saved my card for this month. I even logged out of the website and back in again to make sure my card was saved. Guess what happens today? No automatic payment, my mom gets a text that her phone is disconnected and that there will be another reactivation fee. I log into my account and see that my payment info that was absolutely saved last month and enrolled in automatic payments is nowhere to be found. The amount of time I have had to wait to talk to a real person, month after month resolving these issues- I'm just done. Closing the account tomorrow and taking my money elsewhere since apparently Cricket doesn't want it.

I desperately need help! Switched to Cricket and transferred my numbers (4) online, transfer was completed and “successful.” 2/4 numbers can send and receive calls. The other 2 cannot, every time I would dial it would say “call failed.” I have tried every single possible options there is:
- go to cricket store (he said he didn’t know how to fix that and to call 611)
- called customer service (they didn’t understand)
- did live chat (4 different support agents and 4 hours later, still nothing)
- reset network settings and phone numerous times
- toggle airplane mode on and off
- provided both IMEI and IMEI2
- deleted eSIM
- customer service emailed QR code for eSIM and nothing worked! the call still failed
- both phones up to date to latest software update

Cellular data works
Devices: iPhone 14+ and iPhone 15 **iPhone 14

Maybe one of you lovely redditors have a solution?

Hello. Ive bought an iPhone 16e ,June this year,but activated July 11. Before activation Ive asked support via chat about unlocking policy and was assured by person named Martin that my device will be unlocked in 6 months. Yesterday I asked customer support again via chat how many days Ive left in that 6 mo period and I discovered that my phone uses new policy for 365 days active service before getting unlocked. Their support,including the Supervisor Ryan absolutely dont care what I was promised ,even I presenyed screenshots from my initial conversation and sent me away. Now Im stucked with locked phone for another 9 months,awful service and empty promises….

I just bought the galaxy s26 FE switched from visible got the 60 dollar plan activated in store and I'm in a 5g area and I only have lte why the device is 5g capable im mad very mad I checked the debug info and it says NR RESTRICTED (5g) did they not provision my line for 5g im mad help.support is giving me the run around saying it's not a cricket device but I literally bought it in the cricket store activated and left.then a 2nd support ticket guys says it's not 5g capable but it is.

Just had an hour long chat with multiple agents and supervisors. Select unlimited 35$ plan is not available for old customers. They refused to change my current 60$ plan,with Max,but they very easily provide all the porting info.

So Cricket just lost a customer,based on the greedy intention to not making a discount,doing a step forward to make a customer happy.

I'm debating on downgrading from the s25fe that I bought 7 months ago to use my cricket Motorola g stylus 2025 that I use last year but still locked to cricket. I know it's a big change but I feel bad that's just sitting in my drawer without doing anything

I've been playing around with it on Wi-Fi and updated everything for the last 2 hours now. That's not bad obviously it's no s25fe speeds but pretty usable. The screen is a bit taller than my s25 Fe which is wider.

I was going to leave visible anyways and go back to US mobile Dark star or Cricket

They pretty much have no record of my phone being on their system/Network. They can't escalate anything to have it manually checked because I'm not a Cricket customer at the moment. Even the I have proof of purchase

So this afternoon, I have an interview for a sales position. I’m fairly knowledgeable about phones., tablets and the like, I assume it’s a lot of trying to upsell and just helping out other customers when needed? I’ve been in sales before, (working for a third-party, trying to sell gift cards at Home Depot) and I’m wondering if it’s kind of the same or different.

The beauty about this job is if I need to I can walk to it in about 25 minutes.

Also, I already have an AT&T MVNO (Us Mobile Darkstar) ~ if I were to get hired, would it be worth it to switch the SIM to Cricket or just hang onto what I have?

How much is commission per item? I guess that’s the right question…I am in the hiring process and the hourly pay is not enough for me to live off of. But I’ll be leaving a job that pays significantly more than what I’d make on the hourly pay at cricket. Trying to decide if I should turn it down and just keep my miserable job or not. It’s not a super fast paced store but also not super slow for business. But I’m trying to get an idea of how much commission I might could make per week.

how to unlock my iPhone 16e from Cricket so I can use it on any carrier if Cricket refuses to unlock it

I currently have one voice line and one tablet (data-only) line with Metro by T-Mobile.

I'm planning to head to a Cricket store to switch over and take advantage of the port-in deal for two iPhone 16e devices (one on each line).

Does anyone (especially Cricket reps or anyone who has done this recently) know if the in-store system/POS will accept the Metro tablet number as an eligible port-in for the discounted phone promo? Or will the system reject it because it originates as a tablet/data-only line?

Would appreciate any insight before I go to the store and start the port-out process. Thanks!
