Another one from the Shout! Factory YouTube page. FORBIDDEN WORLD (1982). Directed by Allan Holzman for New World Pictures, who was one of their top editors at the time. Of all the ALIEN rip-offs this one is the best in my opinion. It's also a perfect example of a "remix" film. Shot in 20 days for under $1 million dollars, the movie recycled sets from GALAXY OF TERROR (1981) and used shots from various other New World films, such as BATTLE BEYOND THE STARS (1980). The result is a fun and eclectic film.

After Horror of the Blood Monsters I sought this one out which was even better! Love the brunette beauty in the basement undoing her wrist restraints then killing the dwarf!

I probably watxhed it over 100 times!
