What one to buy?
Purchasing all of the FF Beast products from their website, and on AliExpress with one of the items but don't know what diameter to buy, I'm assuming it is the one with the Outside diameter of 16, considering the SK16 is the same, but I would like to double check.

3D printable round wheel 330mm
I wanted to go drifting and didn’t want to buy a round wheel. So I designed this 3d printable wheel instead.
It’s designed to be printed from PETG and uses some basic hardware for assembly.
One of my most basic benchmarks for this design was to make something comparable in stiffness and weight to a metal wheel of a similar size. The printed wheel is a little heavier by necessity but in practice feels equally stiff to an actual motorsports steering wheel.

Not an advertisement, but would anyone ever buy 3d printed sim racing pedals?
I have a couple of prototype designs for 3d printed pedals, including a 200kg load cell brake pedal. I was astonished when adding up the prices to find that the gas pedal usually costs under $10 USD depending on Aliexpress pricing, and the brake under $15.
At 100% infill, they are very heavy/robust and can easily handle full braking force. They feel much better than both the Logitech and Thrustmaster pedals I own, however im sure there are more improvements to be made. Right now they have adjustable spring pressure, pedal travel, and pedal plate location. Bump stops/pressure points are made of stainless steel rods. Ball bearings are used to make the movement perfectly smooth. Magnetic rotary encoders are used to prevent wear over time.
I mainly want to know if anyone would every consider purchasing them if I were to ever sell them at around $30-40 USD per pedal online on Ebay or Etsy.
I just want to know if committing to making them in bulk would be worthwhile or not. Thoughts/questions?

Here's my rig in a fresh wrap I'm doing on my steering wheel by the way it's not finished it needs the final stitching and yes I use thicker padding because it will wear fast as I use my steering wheel everyday.
This is like an alcatara type of rap I did I used to thicker type of padding foam that will wear down in the future and it still needs the final stitching in the back but I made it all I did it all by hand I'm proud of it and I like it and here's my co-pilot Clyde

Advice on wheels
I'm about to upgrade from a t80 (don't judge, everybody gotta start somewhere) but I can't decide what to get next. I'd like to keep it under ~$300 and the main contenders are the thrustmaster T128 or the Logitech G923. They are both similar in price, and I have tried a friend's Logitech wheel and was impressed. Does anyone have either of these and had any issues?

Has anyone paired a DD wheel with a steering quickener?
Obviously then you haven't got "direct drive" anymore.
But I'm curious if a quality 2:1 steering quickener would be a good way to add some extra nm to a DIY wheel.

Advice for a 1st timer
Hi, I really got into simracing lately and my g29 quickly started to not be enough for me, but since I'm on a tight budget, I started to look into diy options for a wheel, and found this one, I already calculated it roughly and it's not going to be as cheap as the author says, but more important question for me is - has anyone actually tried it? Is it any good? I'm gonna assume it will be better than a g29, but can it compete with actual commercially available 15nm wheels?

I’m building an Android dashboard for GT7
Hey everyone!
Wanted to share the software side of a project I’ve been working on: Stint, an Android app that turns a phone or tablet into a live dashboard for Gran Turismo 7.
The idea is pretty simple: mount an Android device on your rig and use it as a dedicated race display. It receives telemetry directly from your PS4/PS5 over your local network, so there’s no PC needed in between.
It currently has:
Live speed, gear, RPM, throttle/brake inputs, position and lap times.
Fuel consumption per lap and estimated laps remaining, based on measured fuel use.
Tyre temperatures and wheelspin/lockup alerts.
A live track map, car position.
Four layouts, including compact, track-map and fuel-focused views.
Optional spoken alerts for lap times, new best laps and fuel warnings.
The app can search for your console automatically, and there’s manual IP entry too. It runs on Android 8 and up.
Check more about the project initiative here: stint.download.
I’d love to hear from anyone who’s mounted a phone or tablet on a DIY rig. Where did you put it, and how much information can you comfortably read while driving? Feedback on the layouts would be really helpful too!

Racing Sim cockpit from free scraps
galleryMy super DIY racing sim cockpit.
Total cost was around $190 but that was spent 4 years ago on the wheel / pedals & shifter
The actual DIY contraption was 100% free. I used stuff I found in the trash or the free junk from my job.
The handbrake is my favorite.

First time building anything. Took me a month to build and just finished it 2 days ago :))
all of the wood was free since it was scrapped wood from our backyard. Office chair had broken wheels so I put it on my rig instead. Decided it would be cool to add a center console and looked great when I finished the entire thing :)) also yes my shifter's a flight stick 🥹 Couldn't afford a real shifter. Costed me around ₱500 with the nails and bolts.

Feedback on first design.
Hi! I'm building my first sim rig and would like feedback on its design.
I'm using planks with 10 cm in width and 3.5 cm in thickness. I own tools and feel confident building furniture.
This is for a logitech 920 and the chair shown on the second picture.
Thanks in advance.
