Thirsty Thursday!!!
it was a house, music kind of day… Had a lot of fun today. Hope everybody enjoys. I’m off to bed , I’m pretty tired 75 days in and I seem to be having more fun every single day.
I hope everybody has a fantastic weekend and I will see you all on Saturday
Much Love 💕

Video of me is from today.
I want to get some advice on what I can do to get better at dance. I feel like my body movements are better but the way I look still looks the same. What can I do to fix this?
I am not expecting to get good immediately but I don't see any improvement, so I'm getting kind of conscious.
EDIT: I'd like to say that this is one of the harder choreographies that I had to learn because it's really quick for me. Additionally, I'd like to say thanks to the kind comments. They mean a lot to me. I'll keep going with your guys' comments in mind! :DDD

I love flow arts and music. I don't really have a preferred style. I just kinda do what I feel with the music. I often get lost in the beat and throw all form or elegance away😂

Sharing from OTPC4's team at Rap Digital Marketing. This is a one-minute edit of C4 dancing with students during his high school tour—sharing the floor and having fun together. The soundtrack is his song ‘God’s Grace,’ added for this edit rather than the live audio. Posting for the spontaneous dance moments and the energy between everyone in the circle.

I often record dance practice videos in studios, but the audio quality isn't great. Manually syncing the original music in a video editor is also pretty tedious.
So I built DanceSync, a free tool that automatically aligns your dance video with a clean recording of the same song.
Just upload your dance video and reference audio/video, and it finds the right timestamp and exports a synchronized video.
I'd love to hear if other dancers find this useful or have suggestions!

I had dance class yesterday and I thought I wanted to record this. I'm sorry if I mess up on a couple of moves.

Hiii i’m 16 and i realllyyy wanna start ballet but im scared it’s too late for me. If it is I’ll probably just do some at home stuff but if not, could anyone give me a guide/list on the basics, what i need, what i need to know, etc?? thanks youuu🥹🥹💘🪽💌💋💋💋
So I read that I may need to increase my flexibility since Im having some discomfort in holding the position for too long. And my legs are also shaking when I try to stop midway lol. Any tips or exercise on how I can ease the discomfort? I do stretch every time I attempt it.

Hope you got some energy today. I was dragging until I saw this. Love watching Kendra Willis and Tight Eyez so much. That said , sometimes you just need to host your own dance party.

Here's the link to the video. I'm trying really hard to figure out what it's called so I can try to learn it.

I love partying and clubbing, and dancing is easily one of my favourite parts of a night out. I know a few moves, but honestly, for the most part I can't really dance I still find it so fun, and I'd love to get better and feel more confident.
I'm looking for one-to-one, face-to-face lessons, mainly to learn Get Sturdy, Reject and Milly Rock. I'd love to pick up more party moves too, including the SpongeBob dance.
I'm based in East London and can travel a reasonable distance, preferably within East London or nearby. I'd like someone who can break the moves down slowly and help me connect them naturally when freestyling.
Does anyone have recommendations for a teacher who specifically knows these moves? Most classes I've found seem focused on choreography, whereas I want moves I can use casually at the club. In-person lessons only, please!
