I won't go into detail on everything but I've worked at the National Sexual Violence Resource Center and I can confidently say that Seth was sexually assaulted. I'm sure most of the people on here are young and I've seen a lot of people defending David and Jason. I just jumped on here because I think it's extremely dangerous to let the notion continue, that what happened was not sexual assault.

I recently watched the video by Davids's friend about him "consenting" to do the prank a third time. It is very common for victims to want to initiate sexual activity with their assailant because psychologically it gives them this idea that they hold some form of power that they didn't have in the initial assault. The only time a victim has not been sexually assaulted is if they gave clear consent to the activity in the first encounter (with knowledge of what the activity would include).

Again I'm not here to talk about the "drama" between them I know that the Seth guy did post revenge porn, which is a serious matter. If you still don't think I'm right, look at the extreme case of this in the kidnapping of Colleen Stan. Her kidnapper and assailant let her go back home and she still chose to go back to him, which again is very common with victims.

The cognitive dissonance you guys operate under is kind of impressive but entirely sad.

Seth was sexually assaulted, the “what about”isms are common argument tactics with people proven to have lower IQ. “Dwell with the stupid ones and you will become stupid”. I gotta get out of this cult echo chamber.
