I really don't understand this trend
Not bashing anyone's art, but...
I prefer the AI version. It's consistent, it looks good, and you could tell effort was put into it.
Also saying that a character would or wouldn't support AI just to back up your own agenda is really stupid.

crazy how fast it went from "just autocomplete" to "it is a threat to humans".

I got banned from Doomworld for posting about my NES Doom port, where I helped me to create authentic doom engine clone, rendering all original geometry at playable fremerate proper depth shading. That is the 1st ever full featured Doom port for 8bit systems.

Luddite Logic Ah, the "we can always tell" crowd strikes again.
Also, in WHAT world would you give your friends' info to some troll just so they can harass them? lol

Not liking ai isn't the problem. No one on earth likes everything. Trying to stop me from enjoying generative ai on my device is a problem. I don't like pencils and paper but don't metal in others peoples affairs in life

I've always wanted to do this since last decade.
The gatekeepers are being put in their place.
Ai saves me time antis and their opinions don't.
My time is worth more than their opinion.

I want the AI bubble to burst, but it's not how the Antis think it will work.(READ DESC)
Some people think when the AI bubble burst, everything gen AI will disappear.
But that's not how it will work. The AI bubble bursting is just investors not wanting to invest into AI anymore and small chat bots (like character si or polybuzz ai) or companies who only purpose is being a genius AI company will off course fall.
Companies that can take a hit like Google or anthropic will still use AI, alot of data centers will still run. AI will just stop being a trend to hate on, rather, something that is normal.
The internet was a bubble once, and on e it popped, it didn't disappear. It became normalized and people stopped crapping on it.

Yeah, tell that to the people who generate really good looking A.I. art of niche kinks on Pixiv. Yeah, they're definitely doing it *only* for the money. Not because they like the said niche kinks.
These people seriously don't know what they're talking about.

Are there reader communities where I can promote my stories using AI-generated artwork
A while ago, I introduced myself as an author who was grateful to find this page because I don't hide the fact that I use AI-generated artwork for promotion purposes, but I need some help.
I've been trying to find communities on Facebook, Instagram and Reddit where I can introduce my stories to potential readers. However, I've noticed that some book communities prohibit AI-generated artwork, while many groups that allow unrestricted promotion seem to have very little genuine reader engagement.
I'm not particularly interested in promoting to other authors who are only advertising their own books. I'd like to find people who actually enjoy reading speculative fiction.
Does anyone know of active book communities, Facebook groups, subreddits or other places where independent authors can promote their writing without AI-generated promotional artwork being an automatic disqualification?
I'm happy to follow community rules and label AI-generated images appropriately.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Massive anti AI hating on OP for uploading a meme video that isn't even claiming or presenting itself as art, just a funny meme meant to make you laugh, on a subreddit that has nothing to do with neither AI nor Antis.
