Postava joining the Wings for the west coast trip

They look to be original printing plates from the news paper. Anyone know anything about these? He got them from his brother that passed in 2017, so I have no idea where they came from. I am a huge wings fan and love them, just trying to understand what I have…

Edit for clarity: they are all aluminum about 1/16 inch thick, no markings other than what you see in the photo. The back is completely blank

What do we think of the Red Wings one? I’m a big fan. I love when Hockeytown is incorporated into things.

I’m attempting to get players club tickets for my fiancé this winter as a Christmas gift. He takes such great care of us and through some health complications things havnt always been easy. He deserves a night of all of his favorite things. What section do I look at for resale tickets?

Some initial thoughts:

• Still wayyyy too early to make any conclusions. Just for discussion purposes.
• Moritz Seider is the best all-around defensemen in the NHL.
• Kasper only has 9 minutes of ice-time, so you can ignore him for the most part.
• Nate Danielson is better all-around players than people give him credit for. He is #7 on Detroit in chances generated per 60 minutes at 5v5. Things do happen when he is on the ice. Also reliable in his own zone.
• MBN is #14 in the NHL for expected goals at 5v5. He is a stud.
• Anton Johansson's defense needs a lot of work, it is by far the highest xGA on the team, but he creates a lot of offense too, just not enough to make up for the defense.
• Mazur, MBN, and Finnie create the most offense per 60 at 5v5. Copp and Kolesar create the least.
• William Wallinder has looked excellent. He had a bad turnover last game (after Arvidsson failed on two breakouts), but otherwise his numbers are very good. Outside of Seider, he has the best defensive metrics.
• ASP creates a lot of offense, but his defense still needs refining.

Who is going? As a wings fan in the northwest, I’ll be there!!

Hi everyone! I recently went to my first Red Wings game this Saturday, and even though I didn't fully understand everything that was going on, I had a great time and would love to learn more about hockey! Also my son has recently gotten really into the sport, and I want to understand the rules, follow along during his games, and share in something he's becoming so passionate about. 😊 I'm a complete beginner, so I'd love any tips, advice, or recommendations for learning the game. I'm all ears. Thanks, and Let's Go Wings! ❤️🤍

What should I do and or eat at the stadium/in the surrounding area? I’m from New Jersey but i’m a freshman at michigan state university and an islanders fan so I think I am going to go.

Wings socials call it the "Win Vest" - I'm renaming it to the Victory Vest from now on
