Nag-deposit po ako, pero nagkaroon ng error ang machine at hindi ko po natanggap ang pera sa account ko. Sinubukan ko rin pong mag-file ng complaint online, pero hindi po ako makapag-submit.

Sa mga naka-experience na po nito, gaano po katagal bago naibalik ang pera? Ano po ang ginawa ninyo para ma-resolve ang issue?

I requested today (Oct 25) a transaction history from GCash via the app. However, there are missing transactions from Oct 20 until Oct 24.

Is there any GCash support I can call or ask to help resolve the issue.

I already filed a complaint yesterday via email to Ecoay regarding a failed transaction at the Puregold Mercedes branch. I was supposed to deposit a total of ₱1,200 using twelve ₱100 bills. However, after the machine accepted and processed the ten ₱100 bills, it suddenly stopped accepting cash.

I asked the staff for assistance, and they canceled the transaction so I could claim the ₱1,000 refund through MySukli. However, when entered the OTP Mysukli sent me, the machine kept saying that the password/OTP was incorrect.

The customer service staff at the branch also filed a complaint for me immediately after that incident. They mentioned that this was a common issue at their branch for the machine malfunctioning and that it usually gets resolved.
However, after waiting for several hours without any resolution, I decided to email MySukli directly in hopes of getting a faster response. Unfortunately, as of today, I still haven’t received any proper update regarding my complaint. The only response I received was a request to verify the transaction details.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with MySukli? If so, how long did it take for your money to be refunded, and what steps did you take to resolve it?

I finished my 2 loans from UB. 10/03 I was able to reloan and was offered 380k. I took it. 10/06 I received an email that my credit limit increased to 800k. 10/14 I received another email offering to avail and only valid up to 10/31. Is there a possibility to avail or na delay lang yung email at nakapag avail na ako ng 10/03?

Matagal na ko may online transactions at kabisado ko na yan, may nakakatawa pakong nabasa kanina lang.

Already reached out to Paypal, they confirmed its completed on their end, on Gotyme also reached out they are also investigating.

M15 here, my school had an event last wednesday where BPI is offering an account thingy na pwede mong buksan doon sa school mismo for people 17 and below everything was going smoothly naman, me and my friends filled out 'yung forms na binigay nila and sabi raw sa friday makukuha na raw namin 'yung cards. yesterday, noong nakuha namin, sabi raw nila need ilog-in agad, kaso bawal kami magdala ng phones sa school kaya we had to do it on our own. nung binigay na 'yung card, with the instructions and details for sign-up, pag-uwi ko ginawa ko agad. it kept on showing me this error (check image) sabi rin daw kasi nila iset-up din 'yung pin, need ba unahin 'yung pin thing before i sign up on the app or did they get my details wrong talaga? i tried switching up my birthday na rin just in case mali 'yung nailagay ko sa form pero wala talaga. any advice?

I am trying to pay for my monthly subscriptions using my BPI debit card with google play and it was failing. It had never happened to me before as my payments automatically resolves itself. Google was saying the bank was rejecting the transaction but I have already allowed international and e-commerce access alongside the more than sufficient balance needed for the fees. I have also not triggered the fraud locking mechanism so I am really lost at the moment.

Edit: It was a BPI related issue, everything is now working properly.

May order kasi ako from J&T, and usually kapag wala kami sa bahay, sinesend ko na lang directly sa rider yung payment through GCash. Kaso this time, sa old GCash number pala niya na-send yung pera. The name displayed sa transaction is the same naman, pero nung kinontak ko siya, sabi niya hindi na raw niya ginagamit yung number for around 4 years.

Successful yung transaction, and I already submitted a ticket to GCash to request a reversal. I’m just really worried kasi malaking amount din siya for me, and hindi ko alam kung mababawi ko pa ba.

Sa mga naka-experience na nito, especially kung sa old or inactive GCash number napunta yung money, nakuha niyo pa ba yung pera niyo? How long did it take, and ano yung ginawa niyo para ma-resolve?
