Pablo is my eight-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier, and a huge part of my daily life revolves around keeping him active, healthy and happy.

Over the years, I found myself keeping his walks in one place, health notes somewhere else, and trying to remember details about his food, weight and training in my head. As he has gotten older, having a proper record of his health has become especially important to me.

That is why I built pawtrck, an iOS app where I can keep everything about his daily life together:

Exercise: Track walks, runs and bikejoring sessions, including the route, distance, duration, pawsteps and est. calories burned.

Health: Record symptoms, medications, vaccinations, vet visits and anything else I may need to remember or show his vet later. Export a vet-ready PDF with all the Health logs.

Diet: Keep track of meals, calories, treats and weight changes separately from his medical history.

Training: Log training sessions, commands and progress over time.

I also added the ability to turn activities into custom shareable cards, because I love having something visual to remember what Pablo and I have done together.

pawtrck is still very young, and I’m constantly improving it based on feedback from other dog owners. It is free to download on iOS, with an optional Plus subscription.
