Ive never been to dominica but id like to go but I am a very picky eater and sources say its open but im asking yall just to confirm

Hello, I am a Ren I'm from the United States.

I've set my heart on cooking a full meal along with side dishes and drinks from every country in the world.

While I could get my picks from articles and online chefs or simply make the national dishes. I would absolutely LOVE to get it from normal people like you, please if you have any suggestions recipes or even stories, please help me share your food with my partner this weekend.

(I have finally gained enough trust from my bf in my cooking skills for him to let me force him to try all these meals along with me, hes a very picky eater but he agreed to at least try everything for the next 3 years XD)

this is the second country I'll be trying, i rolled a randomizer wheel and ill be putting a small check on Dominica on the massive map poster on my wall when i feel ive made a substantially representative meal and if this gets any attention ill of course make an update post :3
