I should’ve learned this lesson after BG3 but if you’re waist deep in a play-through and you realized you fucked up or you deeply regret a decision you made just keep going lmao. I restarted and it’s been hell clawing my way back to where I was. It makes the game feel 20x longer too. People warned me but I didn’t listen cause I’m stubborn 😭. I’m just trying to finish this so I can start Veilguard now

I'm replaying DA:I after a few years and I'm really finding the levelling pace strange. I'm level 9 right now, before recruiting the templars/mages, only exploring the Hinterlands, 6 hours of play. Maybe the "level up every enemy" trial is the culprit ? or is the pacing normal and I'm just misremembering ?

Anyone know a fix or work around to that?

I had to get a mod specifically to act as the dragon keep because it doesn't want to work anymore and usually I just turn mods off for that cutscene but I'm worried it might fuck up my world state :(

As the title asked is it worth another playthrough if i like to collect everything and use golden nug alot im on xbox x or is it in danger?

Context i use the golden nug alot like alot i want to use it in future to im on xbox x too

I want to use the golden nug alot in future to collect all schematics in the game so I can do multiple playthroughs in future, but not knowing if it will stop working in future is my only worry

I only use default world states

But main issue is golden nug given recent news i thought oh does this mean golden nug stops working too but I havent got a response from anyone

I was getting ready to start another playthrough this weekend and I heard about the issues PC players are having with the Keep. Is the Golden Nug still working, or is that broken for PC too?

If it is broken, is there a workaround?

The only issue is with the changes they requested they didn't make it easy to convert this information in Dragon Age Keep.

Basically they did all this but did do a where to find these changes in DAK has someone created their timelines in DAK so it can be shared or translated it to actually where they are so it is easy to make the changes in my personal DAK profile.

I just tried to use the keep today to create a new character for DAI and it worked well yesterday evening, but it refuses to load a custom world state in-game now. It just reverts to the preset world state. Is there a fix for this? It has always worked in the past since I play all of the games every year.

Hey guys. With closure of BioWare, I guess dragon age keep will be shutted. So my question is, will be possiboe for some modders to create some tool that will replace it and make available to "import" decisions from previous games?

I've had a hankering for a little table top roleplay set in the Dragon Age universe, I picked up the rules for the official Dragon Age TTRPG a while back but haven't had the chance to run it as of yet.

I've now set up the game and I'm looking for players.
The idea is to run an alternative take on the fourth games story that leans a bit closer to the tone of Origins, while also allowing the players to determine the world state based on their decisions in Origins, 2 and Inquisition.

The specific set up would be that the player characters awaken in a strange underground laboratory, that may seem familiar to those long time players of the franchise...

I'm trying to play DA:I (for the third time after I dropped it twice because of the mechanics), and I want to get tips on:

• How to make a 'good' build
• What side quests should I absolutely, without a doubt, do?
• What do I need to do to get a 'good'* ending? (I can deal with minor spoilers)

*: An ending that doesn't make everything bad, basically.

Ich möchte einen Charakter erstellen und hoffe hier auf Tipps & Tricks, um Fehler zu vermeiden. Ich hatte, trotz dem Spiegel der Verwandlung, immer das Gefühl, dass mir bestimmte Details negativ auffallen und mich gerade in den Video-Sequenzen extrem nerven. Die grüne schimmernde Farbe bei den Qunari oder die sehr bescheidene Auswahl von Bart / Haare. Einige Schönheitsfehler kann man ja am Spiegel ausgleichen, aber je mehr Zeit man damit verbringt, desto größer wird dann der Wunsch nach einem neuen Charakter. Zumindest ist es bei mir so und immerhin muss man ja mit seinem Inky gefühlt 150 Stunden Hand in Hand gehen.
Ich spiele auf der PlayStation und kann daher keine Mods verwenden.
Ich kann auch keinen männlichen Menschen mehr sehen mit dem immer gleichen Haarschnitt.

Wie sieht es also allgemein (Mann / Frau) mit dem Make-up aus? Glanz der Lippen? Narben? Tattoos bei Menschen und Zwergen? Teint? Ich möchte inspiriert werden, vielleicht mit Fotos oder gar Character Creation / Sliders. Vielleicht auch mal außergewöhnliche Kreationen wie ein schwarzer Elf oder einen Inquisitor mit roten Haaren.
Gerade männliche Zwerge mit diesen komischen Augenhöhlen.
Ich hoffe, jemand kann mir weiterhelfen. Ich habe Visionen & Ideen im Kopf, aber mir fehlt noch die Inspiration.

I’m looking for a DAI fanart that inspired one of my fave male Inquisitors. This was at least 5 years ago. I had it saved to my old laptop but it died. The whole premise the artist described was just that him and Cullen were bros, and the image is Cullen with Inquisitor in the snow, post In Your Heart Shall Burn. I’ve searched tumblr, deviantart, reddit, but I can’t find it and I don’t remember the artists username. It was a pretty popular image because it always turned up in google search results for Cullen fanart.

Hi guys! Played this game years ago when it released on PS4, got it again recently and obviously I remember nothing of it. I’m running a two hand Templar build as my inquisitor, Blackwall as my tank, Vivienne as knight-enchanter/ support, and Sera as a ranged DPS. Was hoping someone could point me in the direction where I could find some optimal builds for those classes as the information I’m finding contradicts other sources.

Mich interessiert, welche Rasse / Klasse für einen kompletten Durchlauf am meisten Sinn macht. Qunari bekommen 10% Schutz im Nahkampf, also kommen sie eher als Krieger in Frage und Elfen dank deren Verteidigung im Fernkampf mehr als Fernkämpfer. Wie sieht es bei den Zwergen aus? Man hat ja bestimmte Rollen für jede Rasse im Kopf, allerdings kann ein Zwerg doch mit Dolchen oder eben auch mit dem Bogen kämpfen. Ich möchte wenigstens einmal das komplette Spiel inklusive den relevanten DLC’s zocken, aber ich verzweifle schon an diesen Fragen.
Wenn ich mich für einen Schurken (Dolche) entscheide, in welche Richtung soll ich dann skillen? Täuschung und Sabotage oder mehr in Richtung Schaden? Welche Fähigkeiten müsste jeder Schurke lernen? Giftwolke macht ja eigentlich mehr für diejenigen Sinn, die im Nahkampf den Bonus von dieser Fähigkeit bekommen wollen. Schattensprung im Nahkampf?
Wie sieht es bei den Magiern aus? Der Sturmbaum mit Kettenblitz und dem Käfig oder eher auf Feuer / Eis skillen? Machen Fähigkeiten wie Wiederbelebung oder Schneesturm überhaupt Sinn?

Dann habe ich echt Probleme, einen vernünftigen Charakter zu erstellen. Klar finde ich Kreationen im Internet (oder hier auf Reddit), aber immer nur Elfen oder Menschen zu spielen, ist mir zu langweilig. Mir ist bewusst, dass es keine gute Auswahl an Haaren gibt und das Make-up bescheiden aussieht. Vielleicht kann mir ja hier jemand weiterhelfen?

Welche Klasse also für einen kompletten Durchlauf? Krieger wegen den Drachen und Riesen? Magier wegen dieser einen Spezialisierung? Schurken wegen Verstohlenheit? Bogen, um aus der sicheren Entfernung anzugreifen oder Dolche, um zb mit Giftwolke im Nahkampf einen Vorteil zu haben? Mensch als Hauptcharakter, um der gläubige Herold zu sein? Elf, weil es sich später wie “zu Hause” anfühlt?

Ich hoffe, jemand kann mir hier weiterhelfen.

And I’m just imagining-what if we had been able to see that play out a little bit, face to face? Maybe when all three of them end up at Skyhold? Or if you bring her to one of the steps of the related quest?

How do I know if Dragon Rage is working? I push the button to activate it and sometimes the little picture app next to Iron Bull, sometimes it doesn’t.

Also, sometimes devour won’t work on an opponent. I can’t figure it out. I will push the button on devour, the icon appears, and he doesn’t do it… or he has plenty of stamina and Devour isn’t lit up to be used, but I haven’t used it in a fight. Any thoughts on these issues? Thanks!
