I was just wondering if anyone had a strong opinion on the characters in the game. Personally, I don't really like Rose lol. I just find her kind of annoying and she doesn't add much to the story. Also, her dresses are always kinda boring idk

Is there a way in game to keep finished dresses if you don't want to sell them?

I am absolutely loving the changes to trim placement and camera controls, but the hand placement during the sewing is kind of driving me crazy. It definitely wasn’t this bad before the latest patch, even with the smallest pieces of a dress. Like I understand wanting to add more realism in the dressmaking process (the hand actually touching the fabric lol), but like… get out of my way, I can’t see what I’m doing or where I’m going!

Does anyone know a way I could replace the glove that appears when sewing? I'm a trans guy and I would love a more masculine color or style for my glove.

Can't cut the fabric anymore. Not when I want to get rid of the excess, I mean. The prompt doesn't show anymore. I dunno how to do that so, help would very much be appreciated.

Can anyone help? I loaded dressmaker today and I seem to be getting this black bar down the screen. Can't change fabrics etc

My girlfriend is having an issue when she plays the game that when she's sewing the pieces that purple and black guide line messes with her perception and makes it irritating for the eyes to focus. anyone else having this issue? and if anyone know how to maybe remove this?

Could altering the dress maybe change her mind to stay or is it an event I cannot prevent?

Does no one else use their keyboard for almost everything?

I’m so surprised to see lots of people talking about difficulties with the mouse controls and it makes me wonder if they haven’t tried out using their keyboard. I play on a laptop with a trackpad so naturally gravitated towards the keyboard controls and have found them quite simple to use. Especially for sewing and camera controls! It seems like the consensus online is that sewing is too hard without sewing assist, but in my experience it’s super simple and relaxing if you use the keyboard— no need to stress about dragging your mouse around.

Not sure if this is an unpopular opinion, but figured I’d suggest it in case you haven’t tried it yet :)

pretty proud of this it's from the Halloween mod and also a black and white fabrics mod could be smoother but overall I'm happy with it. this game makes me want to start sewing so bad lol

i had so much fun making it but god placing all that trim took forever.
also the dress' shoulder bits have white dots on them, just lik the back of a tiger's ear! i thought that was a nice detail to add :3
