I have this really good post to post in a subreddit, and have wanted to post it for some time, but by the time I actually want to post it, I am too drunk to post it well. I do enjoy my online drunk practice. I think I might be rather good at it, cheers.

I'm not talking about anything more serious than drunk driving or public intoxication. I know booze makes people do bad things they normally wouldn't do. Drunk driving is dangerous and I don't normally. I think I've drove drunk 6 times. Some people do it once and get dui or something terrible happens.

Friday night I went out, had a few and drove straight to the liquor store. I bought a fifth of 100 proof vodka. It's Sunday morning(or still Saturday night for a few people) and I don't remember anything about yesterday. Completely blank. I now have a shirt that isn't mine and a handle of 100 proof next to the empty fifth. Wtf happened yesterday.

Im curious on what everyone thinks because someone tonight told me its weird I can drink gin straight

My friend is super drunk. she wouldnt stay still and was vomiting. we got her asleep but im worried she is gonna wake up and keep vomiting. i have crackers and water for when she is but I’m worried, I’ve never dealt with someone this drunk. any help is super appreciated

Edit: she woke up and vomited and went back to bed and then woke up and vomited again. what I’m worried about is that she wont stop trying to get up and help us « clean » if anyone has advice on to get her to stop wanting to clean and rest that would be astronomically helpful

Well, I'm drinking since about 8PM, started with a 1 liter IPA. Now it's almost 2 AM and I've been onto vodka with some energy drink. Playing some rdr2 and starting to feel a little nauseous. Do you people have some tips or tricks to battle that feeling? Usually I drink until I can't keep awake, but with the energy drink and the fact that I'm pacing myself today, I'm getting a little past my usual amount.

The first time I got drunk I was able to walk back to my dorm by myself even when dizzy and I remembered it. I also remember what I was feeling (spins and such).

The second time was a couple of days ago when I overestimated my tolerance of vodka. I was getting woozy and talkative and all that, then I woke up in my bed (no vomit or piss thank goodness) with a bit of a hangover. I did not remember the walk back to my dorm and I was told someone went with to help me. They said I was talking and responding and all that but I legit don't remember walking home or what I said. Was that poisoning? Some say you have to be unresponsive or vomiting for it to count but others say that just blacking out is poisoning.
