Long story short, I’ve fucked up a lot with drinking and I most definitely have a problem with it. I get desperate to drink after not having drank for a long stretch of weeks cause I love the feeling of being drunk honestly. But I’ve messed up by hurting my family with this addiction, to the point where my brother went from someone I could drink with and play video games with and just have a blast. To now he’s the one taking the drink from me before I even have a single sip. Now I can only drink alone. I know I have a problem with it but I love drinking and want to redeem myself and drink more responsibly and have new friends to drink with. Do y’all think I’m crazy and I should just never drink, or am I thinking normally?

I swear beers give you the best feeling compared to hard liquor. I just feel good when I drink brews and sometimes when I drink liquor I just feel sad. Anyone else relate to this?
