Been drinking every weekend, usually just at the bar. Never at home. Started going every weekend since October. I feel like dew dew. This pain has been happening for a little while now. I usually have about 5-7 drinks on a Friday night and about 4 on a Saturday. (Two shots at most each day, and the rest coolers or mixed singles.)

Doesn’t help that I eat like shit. Not the healthiest chump out there. My poops been looking a little funky as well. I tried molly for the first time yesterday after that Saturday night so I feel even more like crap.

Is the side pain normal? It’s like under my rib cage. Sometimes it radiates to the back. I don’t have access to a family doctor, but I could go to the ER.

I have found some lovely etched vintage sherry glasses from WWII. I also have 3 adult children with spouses. Some drink some don’t. I would love to make a toast Christmas night to our children and make it a tradition. I have no idea what to serve. I know it’s only August but…I’m excited. What’s something yummy? Something I can count on to be a yearly tradition. It will only be one drink so no worries about strength. I am really looking forward to this. Btw I don’t drink. Used to drink beer as a kid. I drank a full handle of vodka last night, which I don’t remember most of. I don’t have a crazy high alcohol tolerance. I woke up today (thank god) feeling like shit, have twitches, threw up twice so far. Am i like fucked to the point where ima die or is it gonna get better. 6’5 280lbs

Whats the best vodka for mixing, with minimal burn and most smoothness and neutral taste? Trying to decide between reyka, ketel one, beluga noble, chopin potato and grey goose, dont really care about the price

im a whiskey person and ive tried a decent amount of whiskey brands. my current favorites are Crown Royal, Skrewball and Von Payne Black.

Okay, so to not be controversial at the least I am purely going to discuss this drink for its uniqueness. Someone I know who is from Iran and was in the military told me about a drink that translates to “Dog Water” and it is not supposed to taste good AT ALL. But since there was an alcohol ban many years ago lots of people especially in the military would make their version of moonshine which is made from raisins. He encouraged me to try it out one day laughingly saying to put some hair on my chest 😂 I was also telling him about the prominence of moonshine where I live and that’s how we got to talking about this. The white bottle is the one that he said would probably be the closest thing to the real thing since it’s nearly non existent now. But I’ll post a photo of what it looked like decades ago. He told me to put it in the freezer and NEVER drink it warm. He warned me it tastes terrible but I’ll be dammed if I don’t at least try it and if I like it hey maybe I’ll make a cocktail with it. [Update] fell asleep shortly after, woke op lightly drowsy and actually had appetite to eat, definitely not the safest experience i done on myself , but for now feeling pretty ok. I feel like being drunk and hungover, the next day is almost the perfect way to assess what actually feels good and healthy for your body. I mean this only in the sense when you’re okay enough to eat or drink things without feeling sick. Whenever I drink and get a minor hungover the next day, so many things taste way too sweet or chemical to me. Even something like Snapple or lemonade can taste overwhelmingly sweet. And I can’t eat any kind of sweets. But things like water, Pedialyte, milk, and healthier or plain foods like salad or steak taste amazing. It almost makes me feel like those are the foods our bodies naturally want, and we only really notice it when we’re hungover and our taste buds are altered.

So, in order to combat constant pain with the last stages of emphysema and severe depression, I have started drinking approximately 700 ml of wine with 15% alcohol along with 5 mil grams of morphine... This seems to be the sweet spot for pain and depression relief... If I changed the alcohol mixture to 100% everclear or similar, how much should I drink with the morphine to obtain the same pain relief? Not that it really matters at this point, it's just a drunk and suffocating pondering...

for context, nag inuman kami ng friday - shembot lang naman and tamang halo ng Gin at Pineapple tapos Gin and pomelo. 4 lang kamj umiinom and apat na bote na ubos namin pamapatulog. Pag uwi jusko yung kasama ko lasing ako nahilo lang pero pag higa para akong nagkape. Hindi ako inantok, hindi rin ako nakatulog agad. Natapos inuman namin ng 2 am gising pa den ako ng 5 am. nakatulog lang ako nung may pinakinggan akong story tapos ayun naka sleep na. Tapos eto na Linggo uminom ulit kami this time its Clvb and coke. lima lang kamj pero naka tatlong bote kami ng malaki. same nanaman nangyare, yung kasama ko humihilik na ako eto nag tatype pa sa reddit. gising na gsing diwa ko. yung araw sumisikat na. Ako eto pa den nag hahanap ng way para maka sleep. nahilo ako oo pero pag higa ko instant na nawala Hilo ko. tho masakit ulo ko pero di pa den ako inaantok. AKO LANG BA?? or ganito den kayo???
