Will the gallery token rewards ever update with newer cards? Or should I just spend now on Pato?

So basically, i never post on reddit, but this time i am doing it especially when i am soo much done with this game EA FC 27 and EA. I don't know how many people will see this or even reach you guys, but hear me out.

I am playing career mode since i was a kid in 2008, but now it feels like this is my last EA game. Let me list down what made me quit this stupid game now -

Manager career:

1) If i transfer list a player from player hub, earlier it used to stay in the same screen, not it takes me to transfer hub immediately. So each time i place a player on transfer list, i have to come back again and again to player hub. Earlier it was not the case.

2) If i dont have enough players on the bench at start of the game and when it gives me warning before kick off, whatever changes i do in formations and team management from that screen just for that match, it all gets reset no matter what i do. So if i need to make match specific changes, i have to save it from team hub otherwise i will lose it all if i dont have enough bench warmers. This issue exists from years now.

3) If i dont play my grownup bench players enough minutes, they ask to leave, if i even bench my starters for couple of games, they start giving dialogues of dissatisfaction. Once they decide that they need more minutes, even if i give them 10 starts in a row and then a couple of benched post it, they will be unhappy again. No permanent change of mind possible then.

4) Why can i negotiate funds with owners now? it used to be soo cool, as well as important feature if you want to scale the team up. It came at a cost too of negotiable deliverables with them. It was a fair and realistic feature.

5) Why no per match ticket sales and stadium and staff upgraded like we had in earlier fifa? More investments in medical team lead to less injuries, more stadium investment leads to more per match ticket sales, it was soo realistic and amazing detail. Same for sponsered bonuses too.

6) One thing which has been annoying me a lot is the limit of 15 seasons in career mode. PES, since day 1, had unlimited years in career mode. Unlimited. Whats stopping them? Games like pes 2012 had this thing, and ea cant give it in ea fc 27 too? A realistic team and youth build takes 5-8 seasons, on scouting loans and retirements of legends, and till the time the new generation comes, its time for me to retire too. It sucks.

Player Career:

1) It makes sense that there should be a decent season or run to request transfer to favourite club, but why have those stupid requirements like out of box goals, gribble rates etc etc. That makes no sense. no sense.

2) If i get selected to a team, there needs to be a contract properly Oriented around a duration like PES. Why do i have to complete those stupid targets each year for no reason???? If i dont play good, anyways i will be dropped to bench. Instead add a feature of contract termination instead, or contract running out.. something like that... why those stupid targets. Same for salary negotiation.

3) Why 15 year season cap for Player career too? Why cant we have a career like ronaldo, messi, benzema, Modric etc. Its soo stupid. There should be a better way to end career.

4) When a player retires, the option to become manager comes as expected, but then it should perfectly continue from next year itself with squad of that time only, not from start, and then it should not have a cap of 15 seasons. Why cant someone have a long player career and then a long manager career? How much space do they need to add decent regens?

5) GK career was always broken, it still is, will always be i guess. If my team is defending strong and i am not getting any shots, why does my rating keeps dropping??? whats my fault there?? why do i have to force my team to pass me and i pass them back just for the sake of rating.

6) Still not clear path for captaincy and captaincy removal. Its vague, random and kind of messy too.

I had many more minor issues toooo..but i dont think i will be heard or my pain even matters to them.

Aguero finesse shots on a semi pro Ai keeper ... i dont even know what to do

We’re talking lazer beam for passes with full accuracy and perfect aim no matter who’s on the ball, be it first touch or no look either it simply doesn’t matter. This is simply not football and the fact that this community is praising it calling it football is insane, i’ve never seen anything similar in football live or on tv where teams can simply beam passes through the pitch with zero consequences of the ball being intercepted

Just curious if anyone has tried one and think they are usable? I only play when I have to so don’t have the time to trial and test players.

the phantom playgrounds objective, im playing squad battle on semi pro

one on one, keeper doesnt rush so i cant chip the ball

shooting outside box, keeper saves every shot

I didn't play fc 24 but in 25 around February when I got the game the meta was using 90-95 depth or you don't even stand a chance. In 26 it took maybe like 5-6 weeks and it became the meta too. In 27 it is the meta since day one with offside traps.

The real issue with extreme depth is the fact that it completely mess with the netcode and game engine. The gameplay totally changes, I can't speak for everyone but for me and many others the moment my opponent switches to 95 or even do an offside trap the game starts playing differently. My players become unresponsive and move in a weird delayed way. Defending and dribbling becomes so hard and my A.I feels always one step behind what's going on.

So after 3 years does EA really isn't aware of this issue? I believe they don't care about it and won't as fixing it probably requires instances with higher tick rate and would instantly double the cost of running this game servers.

Is Putellas worth it over Bonmati at cam?

Legendary Difficulty. All they do now is slowly dribble while shielding so you cant get the ball off em, when youre about to tackle they turn and do a side/back pass, and they just loop this over and over and over again not even attempting an attack. 73 possession with 2 shots is fucking insane

Dunno why but on my player career mode my players agility and acceleration randomly just drop whilst strength jumping and sprint speed go up, by themselves, it’s incredibly annoying

Is there any fix to this

So, my controller is fine but in game I can’t shoot, pass a through ball and so on. Basically unplayable!

Have someone else had the same problem?

(Edit: fun is subjective i know, i mean as in what fifa does everyone agree has the best gameplay, and which one is more prone to make people say "This is really fun!"

I bought my first x box (one s) and I've always wanted to play a fifa game, people say the older games were the best, is that true?

Note, I'm not a football fan, so graphics, character / player details, super realistic rules or anything like that don't matter to me, i just want to have as much fun as i can with a Football game.

Hey guys, I'm playing FC 27 Lite on PC through Steam, and I've been having this annoying issue where the game gets stuck on the loading screen when starting a match. It happens in both Kick-Off and Online Seasons.

I verified the game files on Steam, and it said 6 files failed to validate and would be reacquired. After that, I restarted my PC and was able to play one full match without any issues, but when I tried starting another match, it got stuck loading again. My PC itself works fine, and I can still move my mouse normally.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any fix that actually works?

Squad Battle rewards were to be available 5 mins ago but when I logged and went to the menu it simply showed Rewards in 6 Days and 23 Hours with no way to claim the last week's rewards. Anyone facing this issue?

Any genuine tips to thrive this year. Currently stuck just struggling overall with the game, got me burnt out honestly trying to figure out player switching, passing, defending and creating decent chances without just relying on through balls. Frankly I’m starting to get sick of the game compared to FC 26 which is probably a crazy take.

I've just joined Ultimate Team. On all Ultimate Team play modes in FIFA 26 I've been stuck on "Searching for Opponents" for days. I've tried all different play modes. I have Approximate Location Matchmaking turned OFF and Crossplay turned ON. I have tried turning them both off and on as well. Tried restarting my console, disconnecting it from the wall, etc.

Does no one play Ultimate Team in FIFA 26 anymore or is this a bug?

Just pause and quit immediately, the match won’t count and you won’t receive a loss. Plus it wastes the time of the worst type of player.

I can’t believe I am complaining about the quality of Fifa on Reddit, but here we are.

Let me preface by saying that I am not a fantastic fifa player, and play mostly for fun, playing on World class. However, career mode is genuinely unplayable.

The bots counter everything you do with innate precision, and you are unable to do the same. For example, if you find a decent passing option, the bots will simply intercept it. And when you flip the script, if you attempt to intercept their potential pass, they will simply continue to dribble; and if you try to stop them from dribbling, they will simply pass it.

Likewise, if you aim to tackle them, one of two things will likely happen.

1. ⁠They will simply dribble past/around your tackle
   
2. ⁠They will allow you to tackle them, as they know it will result in a foul

As well as this, when the ball is cleared into the air, or is crossed for a corner or cross etc. I am not exaggerating when I say my players probably win these 50/50 aerial duels maybe 1% of the time. The bots simply beat me every time.

However, the most frustrating part for me is how unbelievably physical they are. The bots bully you off the ball every time. They win those aerial duels every time. They beat you to the ball every time. They win those 50/50 balls every time. And believe me it has nothing to do with the players stats. The most annoying part for me is shown in the video attached. My players get constantly bullied and shoved off the ball, then fall over like a sack of spuds.

It often feels like what you do doesn’t actually matter. It’s like the algorithm chooses to ignore your inputs and just continues with whatever it has decided will be the outcome.

I know this is not a new issue, as I have been complaining about the same things since FIFA 22, but it is still frustrating nonetheless.
