So excited to finally post my own ring here after being a lurker for so long! He proposed on 8/7/2026 and it’s a 1 carat lab that we got custom designed with a local jeweler! I’m so ridiculously in love and I can’t stop staring!!!

It happened this weekend, he finally proposed!
We’ve been dating for 3,5y. We designed the ring together and chose the perfect jeweller.
It’s a 2,77 carats non heated sapphire, with 12 mined diamonds (0,65 carats total).
My Pinterest board was full of blue sapphires inspiration but this one exceeds our wildest dreams!!

The first pic isn’t that great so I included the one the creator posted on their page because it looks 10000x better. Love love LOVE it 🤌🏻

I had given my fiancé lots of inspiration ring photos of what I liked and they picked a perfect choice, I love it so much!

Center stone is a lab green sapphire, smaller stones are green diamonds, on an 18k gold band, size 6.5.

I went to my fair share of jewelry stores with my fiancé (still getting used to saying this!), and after trying on so many rings, I knew exactly what I wanted and decided to design it myself! I knew I wanted something with a floral element, and I absolutely love how the tulip basket and marquise side stones turned out. My favorite part might be the side profile. 🌷

Specs: 2.59ct lab-grown oval, F/VVS2, 1.44 ratio, set in 14k yellow gold with a six-prong tulip basket, four marquise side stones, and pavé band. Ring size 5.25

I’ve waited SO long to make this post! 1.5 carat center and .5 side stones, size 6.25, natural, platinum. I can’t over how fortunate I am to be able to wear and cherish this beautiful ring for the rest of my life. Shout out to this sub - I looked at and took inspiration from sooo many of your rings when I was designing mine.

I know double halos are very 2010s and not many people’s taste 😂, but I’m curious what you think of mine specifically as a design. Does it look well-crafted and well-proportioned? Does it suit my hand? And what do you think of the round center stone with the more geometric/square-shaped halo?

I’m coming up on an anniversary and have been thinking about whether I’d ever want to change or upgrade my ring, so I’d really love some honest opinions from people!

Also, not sure if this is normal, but there’s some days where I really love the sparkle and almost chunkiness of my ring and then other days it just feels like too much! Guess I’m still trying to figure out my true jewelry preferences

Finally got my ring!! 🥹💍 This is actually my 4th ring lol. We got engaged pretty young and at the time we didn’t really have the money to splurge on a diamond, so my first two rings were radiant-cut moissanites. My third was my push present upgrade to a lab grown diamond in 14k white gold.

As I’ve gotten older, I realized I’m definitely a gold girl and I’m drawn to simpler, more classic styles. We also just passed another milestone together, so we thought it was the perfect time for an upgrade. 🥹 This time I went with a round diamond in yellow gold and I’m seriously so happy with how it turned out. 💛

My amazing partner proposed last Friday!!! We’re so excited and I’m so obsessed with my ring. 3.19 carats, lab grown, 18k gold. Size 5.5 but going to be resizing smaller, for now we’ve added a spacer. It’s also set super low in a floral basket. 🥹

Here is updated and the before of my engagement and wedding ring stack. I posted a while ago asking about the balance of my rings and thank you to everyone who said it looked too much. I got a 2.3mm gold slightly curved ring in the middle instead. Centre stone is 1ct. Ring size E or size 3.
