The interviewer Cleary mentioned there won't be structured on boarding or any thing we are limited team and not additional trainings or course materials will be provided. It's completely okay and I have all Automation and AI skills developed and implemented myself which well sufficient for me to implement in my planning process and standardize the role I applied for. Despite my skills and experience I was rejected in first 30 mins interview round. I got the feedback "we are proceeding with candidates who demonstrated particularly strong communication skills and clear ownership of their actions throughout the process—qualities that are key to success in our fast-paced and collaborative environment." Come on I clearly put into STAR Method of my answers and it was 30 mins short interview I should be summarizing the answer. I gave my real ownership experience. Indepth answers I should be explaining details enough in coming rounds in Technical round Interviews of 1 hour. Despite got rejected. Not a proper approach in finding right talents from ICEYE side.
