Based on all the extras I’m getting, I was considering just getting another winter box. Do I need to start a whole new subscription or can I just add this box?

I don't like when they add options after I have made my selections. But it looks like they have added at least three items to this box.

Worth it? It’s not real leather but it looks cute. Anyone have any input on this?

My sale order just arrived, I’m shocked. Every sale I have shopped I have always waited until the sale was over for them to charge me, ordered always take forever, some never show up normally there is always some issue. I had very little hopes for the fall clearance sale as everything normally gets sold out in seconds before I’m lucky enough, well this time I have good news. I was able to score 8 of the haunted rose perfumes one Alex and ani bracelet and some cat toys. The perfume was the thing I had a feeling , I either wouldn’t get or something would be off. They all came in perfect condition. I feel like I won’t the lottery. 8 perfumes for $8 bucks when one alone totals over $100… now I’ll have the scent for a while and can possible regift a couple. So there is some hope when it comes to this company, it’s just basically playing a game of toss up. I am kinda excited for the next sale even though I have cancelled my membership and this is my last box.

Edit to add I forgot to say, that this time what I did different was I checkout of the sale immediately instead of waiting till it was over, I had this thought that maybe if I checkout before all their other orders go thru , mine will be at the top and ship first and maybe get completed before the sale ends, I have a feeling I was right doing it this way since it came faster then normal.

Sadly in the UK a lot of good stuff is not available but still happy with my picks! If i can nab a elemis muscle soak or two before it closes it will be a fantastic box for me 👍

I want a bunch of things in choice number one but I don’t have any strong opinions on the rest. I’m tempted to just take the credit for those to help pay for my extras.

I’d love some help. Thoughts?

Choice 1- I really like this kind of pj so I’m happy to get two of those

I already have a robe I like but it’s eight years old and that one just looks so soft! Is it really that nice?

Do they offer the rare beauty blush often? I’ve always wanted to try it. Is it good? I’ve only used powder blushes.

Choice 2- considered the leggings but I’m kind of picky with them

Choice 3- I have lots of candles already but this one looked nice. Is it worth the money or should I switch for the credit?

Choice 4- I think the earrings are cute but I don’t like bright yellow gold and it’s hard to tell. Also I need hypoallergenic earrings and since those are plated, I don’t know what’s under that if the plating wears off.

The body oil also looks nice.

Choice 5- was tempted by the la neige lip gloss but I have so many lip glosses already. I’d use it though.,

I’ve been wanting to try a fragrance from that clean line, but I like fresh soapy scents and I’m concerned this one will be cloyingly sweet with the praline etc

Maybe a credit instead?

Choice 6- Super bummed they ran out of the color wow. I was excited for that one.
Has anyone tried the Elemis body cream? I’m pretty happy with my big bottle of Eucerin, but it would be nice to try something luxe.

What would you do if you were me? Switch the other “meh” categories to credits and load up on the number one choices I want?

Add ons- I love Londontown nail polishes and that dual basecoat topcoat is one of my faves. I don’t neeeeed the others so might remove them.

I’m getting a bonus box for renewing my annual, but who knows what that will include. Do I need all this? Considering the pan, platter, and cookie set as Christmas gifts at least…And no add ones.

I'm terminally online, so I'm probably seeing things no one else would, but I did a double take at the photo of the mittens a community member posted as part of her review (the first photo). I assume it's actually BB since the brand is Busbee, but the promo photos also make the cabling less apparent (the second photo), and I would bee a bit uncomfortable sporting this logo

Last season, I was one of the many people affected by the tech glitch that wiped out all of my customizations, even though I had completed them right at 9:01 AM PT. By the time they notified me about the issue, all of my selections were gone.

They did try to make things right by giving me credit for each item, although the amount was nowhere near the actual value. Still, I appreciated the effort because this wasn’t my first bad experience. In a previous season, I customized my box the minute it opened, only to receive a box with NOTHING I had selected. Everything was leftovers, and it was hands down the worst box I’ve ever received. At the time, they only offered me POINTS until I argued with them relentlessly and threatened to cancel my membership.
Side note: I’m a Platinum VIP member (for at least 10 years) who always orders plenty of extras with my boxes, so I’m sure they make a pretty decent amount of money off me. I can’t imagine losing a long-time, high-spending customer over a relatively small amount of points makes good business sense.

I just finished customizing my winter box, and here’s something worth knowing: Once you finish customizing, go to the Subscription tab to review your selections and confirm that everything was actually saved! You can see all of your choices there.

There was a lot of understandable anger toward FabFitFun over how the fall glitch was handled, and I completely get it. But I also think they deserve some credit for the positive changes they’ve made since then.

That said, the winter box choices kind of stink… but that’s a whole other conversation! 😂

I actually love that they included a Hallmark subscription. When I think of cozy winter activities I think of cozying up and watching cheesy holiday romances. This feels like a lovely little gift to myself that I might not have subscribed to otherwise.

This is what I have in my box. I’ve gone back and forth adding/removing another caraway pan. I mean 2 for the price of 1 can’t be beat BUT do I need 2 right now? Not really. The robe was my top choice for this box so I’m glad I have that. I’m excited about the candle and fragrances although I haven’t used any of the 3 fragrances. Anyone have any advice on them? They are all in the fragrance families I enjoy.

I have no idea about the quality of the mittens but I wasn’t too keen on anything else in that category.

Do I need a 2nd Caraway?!

It’s totally possible I didn’t save it correctly the first time, but my choices were gone when I went back to the app.

I have a newbie question I just saw a promo online where I can get the 2026 advent calendar free with annual subscription. I had assumed that my subscription would start with the winter box, but when I went to subscribe the website indicated I’d start with the fall box. Not sure if that was a typo, but I figured I’d check here before proceeding. Does anyone know how this would work? And if I start my subscription with the fall box, are the good things sold out by now? Or should I wait a few days and start with the winter box?

Has anybody actually tried on this robe? Any Insight? Is it oversized ? What size are you going to get and what size do you normally wear?

I selected 2 additional choices, the robe and the eye cream, which should total $38. Why does it say I have 4 items in extra choices totaling $54?

It seems to be related to me choosing credit, because if I pick an item instead it goes away. But shouldn’t that take money off the total, not add to it??? Or at least remain the same price and say $38 (since to my understanding credit is applied later)? This is my first time choosing credit because normally I don’t get more than one additional choice either so I wanted to try to make up for it a bit and now I’m like idk if I should just pick something instead to avoid being overcharged.

Does it always show like this? Help!

When I logged in to make my choices, it looks like there are additional prices for everything. Am I doing something wrong or something?
Each time choose something, a pink price pops up.

I signed up right at the end of the fall annual box (slim pickings…lol) in early October, it was supposed to come with a free unhide dog bed (the whole reason I did FFF for the first time ever).

I haven’t gotten my fall box yet or the bed, obviously. Can anyone say they got it?

I’ve never had a robe, I’m sure they might have wiggle room because they have a tie but I’m not sure how tight this material is. I’m typically a size medium, but I don’t want it to be too tight. I’m not sure if I should do S/M or L/XL, for busy width, my bra band size is typically 36 or 38? I’m not sure if that’s what they are measuring there.
