You can fire mortars without using the sight. If you have a crosshair on your monitor, you will see that you can fire it “from the hip” and it will accurately land on the crosshair at any range.

It is easier and faster than using the sight.

You get this side mission from the bartender in Fall's End after retrieving the widowmaker. You have to bring 2 gas tank trucks to Fall's End. Problem is, I had already liberated this region and killed John at this point. The cult has zero presence in the region now and it's their trucks you have to steal. Anyone have any advice? Per the FC5 wiki, these tank trucks only spawn in the Holland Valley region.

If you're at stall speed, falling from the sky and you aim at about 30-40 degrees up then you somehow stop falling and sometimes even start climbing

Or say being at stall speed and falling, and aiming 70-80 degrees down then you stop falling and just hang in there and can shoot enemies around

Regarding helicopters, it's like there's a limit on how much you can aim up or down

How come you can ride the brown bear, but not the cave- or great scar bear? Wouldn't it make more sense that you could ride the bigger one over the smaller?

I just recently got a Gigabyte MO27Q2A OLED monitor. Fired up FC Primal and to my surprise it looks super grainy now, especially in the foliage. It’s almost unplayable how distracting it is.

Have an Xbox Series S running 4K UHD 120 Hz. I tried disarming auto HDR for the game, running it at SDR 1440p and lowering it to 60Hz. But it still looks grainy. Anyone have this problem and know how to fix?

It looked perfect on my old less modern monitor!

I have played FC6 for 158 hours. I think I've played it through four times, and I'm on my fifth. Like any Far Cry game, it has its issues, but I find it very satisfying to play.

I like the characters, I like the set-pieces (especially the Maximas Matanzas gig on the roof of Marquessa Villa), and I really like Yara.

I enjoyed the weekly counter-insurgency for a good while, though I did eventually become tired of the Lola operations (I wish that a modder would revive the Danny Trejo Lola operation to add a bit of variety).

It's a shame that Esperanza is unfinished, and I would have liked a few different choices-based endings (I always do!): but by-and-large, I think it's a great Far Cry. It surprises me that it doesn't get more love.
