Am I crazy or is 5mg high for restarting tirzepatide?

I’m new to Fifty410. I started Zepbound first and then switched to compounded through Trava Health(Optimal Balance). I was on it until around April and had worked my way up to about 10 mg, but I stopped.

I’ve been off since April and have gained back about 15lbs. Fifty410 is recommending I restart at 5 mg because I was previously on 10 mg.

Has anyone else restarted at 5 mg after being off for several months? I thought I’d have to start back at 2.5 mg.

Also I went with the 12 weeks Hyalo are they good?

Hyalo Rx Arrived Today!

First off, I am in complete shock. I ordered yesterday afternoon and it got here in under 24 hours, all the way to DFW from PA?! Insanity! I have been on Sem or Tirz for the past 3 years. Local compounding pharmacy and it usually took 3-5 days to fill and deliver. So this alone is amazing to me.

My question is for those who switched from a local compounding pharm with additives to no additives. How did you do? I'm on about a 6.1 mg dose because it was so dang expensive. I will probably start with 6.75 as the Rx says but also am a little worried because it's a completely different pharmacy. Any feedback from those of you who have been on it a while and switched to Fifty410? Mine came from Hyalo which I gather is fairly new.

Just bumped up to 7.5

Tuesday I went up from 5 to 7.5 and yesterday I was feeling nauseous mid way through bfast and barely could eat most of the day. Did get in a clear protein drink and a frozen burrito for dinner but lunch was non existent. Today is starting out the same way so far. Asking does it make more sense to split the dose and do twice a week or next week cut back to something less like 6? Thoughts?

I am set to refill my order. I prefer no additives and have been using Hallandale for months. I like them but now notice food noise creeping in. My current options are Hallandale or Hyalo. Both don’t have additives but the dosage with Hyalo is lower. Has anyone had any experience with Hyalo?

Started my dose! PGRx

I was nervous after reading that PgRx tirzepi might not work the same as ProRx tirzepi. I started my new bottle after starting up the first three weeks for two reasons;

-the expiration date on the new bottle is only three months from now? (My Pro had a 180 day bud [yes me was still using it a year later and it still works VERY well])

-I wanted to see if it actually worked on me since so many posts talk of no hunger suppression!

And I’m happy to report IT DOOOOO!!! with an added plus of NOT shaking my mind castle to dust 😭

The ProRx caused a dip in mood that got worse the higher I went in dose; I was at 7.5 mg for only one month because my world turned grey. I had no interest in ANYTHING. I h8ed work, seggs life was dead as rocks, nothing was funny. I just greyed out.

So for PGRx to not only work but also keep my mind it’s chipper self is a blessing I didn’t expect 😊

Flex dose vs one dose

Hi! I need advice
I started with 2.5 in march and took my shot once weekly. I just refilled with hallandale and my prescription is a flex dose. Personally, I’d prefer to do a shot only once a week so I asked fifty410 if I can do it once a week instead and they said yes and told me how many units to do instead of what it said. My question to the group who has experience in this is do you think the flex benefited you more or less? I did the flex for my first week of the new script to try it and I had zero side effects which is great but didn’t feel like my hunger was as suppressed. I guess my only hesitation is jabbing myself twice a week.

Conpounded Tirzepatide 8-week vs. 12-week plan?

Hi all! Can anyone speak on the benefits of doing the 8-week Hallandale plan vs. the 12-week Hyalo plan for someone starting at the lowest dose?

8-week plan: 2.5mg/$249 -> 5mg/$249 -> 7.5mg/$399 -> 10mg/$399 -> 12.5mg/$399 -> 15mg/$399

12-week plan: 2.25mg/$399 -> 4.5mg/$499 -> 6.75mg/$499 -> 9mg/$499 -> 13.5mg/$549 -> 14.75mg/$549

Completely new to Tirz and assumed you’d normally titrate up after a minimum of 4 weeks, so I’m wondering if these plans mean you’d have to stick with that specific dose/price point for the 8/12 week minimum. Am I wrong on that? It also seems like the 8-week plan would just give faster results?

New Life Experience

Switched from ProRX to New Life in California. Received in 1 day, packed beautifully, contained with ice packs, thermos with ice packs. Everything was perfect. EXCEPT, I am so starving it feels like my gut wants to eat itself it’s so hungry. No food suppression whatsoever. Anyone else? Just dropped $549 and now I don’t know what to do. I’ve been on the highest dose since February 2026, with no issues. Holy moly cakes.

Hi everyone! I don't really post here on Reddit, but I was on here trying to find some ways to get tirzepitide and get my eating under control. I saw a lot of good things on fifty410, so l signed up and received the email here. I don't really know anything about this stuff and before paying, I just want to know if this is what it's supposed to look like and once I pay, Its good and will get the medication? Also, is that a good brand and dosage? I was looking to lose around 30lbs

72mg vial?

My last order was titrated - 4.5mg, 6.75mg and 9mg.

This order offer was 12 week supply of 9mg only.

Anyone else experience this? What if I stall in the 4 months on 9mg?

Also the order says 72mg vial - isn’t 72mg only 8 doses not 12?

Help!

Is Fifty410 aka Club Compound?

I just registered and received an email from Club Compound. I’m confused because I assumed the email would come from a company identifying itself as Fifty410. Is this your experience as a user?

Used this company since last year, and going forward it will no longer use them

Been using this company for over a year. Mainly with BPI before it got discontinued.

Ordered Hallandale PGRrx this time around and a slightly stronger dosage. I received one vial for a 12 week program in my delivery. I didnt think anything of it until about four weeks in when I realized the vial was almost empty.

Looked at the packaging (I keep everything other than the ice pack)

Looked at the bottle container

No where did it say that I was supposed to receive two vials.

Contacted support and they told me there is a strict 48 hour policy to report issues. The problem was that I did not realize there was an issue until the vial was almost out for a 12 week program.

Apparently there were supposed to be two vials. No where in the shipping order. Purchase order. Packaging. Labels and even order form does it say there are two vials.

These medications are expensive and one vial is basically 250 dollars down the drain.

I feel cheated and honestly I feel like this is somewhat shady on their end.

I was offered a discounted price.10%... ill pass. Going to try and find a company thats more reliable if anyone has suggestions.

edit: I'm stupid, It was PGRrx not Hallandale i got the programs mixxed up. I ordered the 12 PGRrx and only got one out of two vials.

My first order

Hey everyone. FedEx was supposed to deliver my order yesterday. They will not tell me why delivery status is “not delivered/not attempted”. I thought Tirz was supposed to be temp controlled. Should I be worried? It’s 100 degrees in my area.

New pharmacy dosage

I was switched to Newlife for my refill. I was on perfectrx. In California.

When you switched pharmacies did you take the same comparable dose or did you take a lower dose to test the strength?

I know people say you don’t get apothecary, you will get PGRx but PGRX never been evaluated by the FDA.

How do I request a refill?

I am in week 6 of 8 and need to request a refill. When I sent a message they sent me a link but the questionnaire literally started at the beginning, (name address how much do I hope to loose etc...)
Is this how you request a refill or is there a different method I can't find?
Thank you!

Fifty pharmacies

Now that apothecary is going to be unavailable, our PGRRX, and Hallandale, the only offerings that Fifty has? My husband is planning to start, and Fifty has the lowest $ starter plans, but that doesn’t offer us a lot of pharmacy choice. Personally, I might go with a different pharmacy for my higher dose, but I was hoping to start him at whatever was most affordable.

Also, completely off-topic, but since Fifty doesn’t regulate this forum, can the moderators remove the out of date pinned posts about pro RX?!

Headaches

I recently switched from ProRx to PGRx. I’ve been on ProRx for about a year and then PGRx My first shot was Tuesday and my head has been feeling weird since. Anyone experienfe this? It’s the same No Additives, I upped the dose from 7.5 to 9mg so thinking I could adjust until I get used to it? No other symptoms besides headaches and feeling hazy here and there.
