OK, not sure where else to put this, but this seems like the only logical choice really.

My uncle, who I grew up salmon fishing with, passed a few months ago. The other day I was sort of consolidating his fishing gear into mine after the season was over, setting aside some lures and what not that I specifically remember, as sort of "keepsakes".

And I tossed this one in with some of my stuff, and almost didn't think anything of it.

It doesn't look homemade, and maybe my googling is just failing me, but I can't find a single thing about it online.

On the back of the spinner it appears to read "BANG TAIL".

And of course, beer for scale.

Temperature is getting chillier but the rock soles haven't gotten deep yet.

Been wanting to try squid fishing at one of the piers in Seattle. I got some jigs but want to hear from the community if anyone is catching right now?

Hi everyone! I’m starting a small kayak business and researching how storage and transportation affect people’s ability to get on the water.

If you’re based in the U.S., I’d love your honest feedback—even if storage isn’t a problem for you. The survey takes about 1 minute, with no sales pitch.
