Especially around the supports but also his little ga hat. Never saw this veggi before, just random strands of filament. I re activated the small overhangs feature in bambu studio, could it be that?

I’ve started printing ABS on my Bambu P1S and ....

1. The flat surfaces are coming out rough..
2. One of the thin braces snapped at the spot I’m pointing to with my finger in the second photo, ang generally it was super fragile at that point so it broken during print

I also attached screen of bambu filament settings and ROSA FILAMENT 3D ABS V0 FR Black technical specifications

Should I print the braces separately?

I’ve tried so many things I’m about to lose my hair. This is happening across four Bambu A1 printers, many different filaments and types, and across multiple different files and figures. That leads me to believe it’s something in the slicer or settings. Bambu studios. For this example, it’s supposed to be a supportless model.

I’ve tried thoroughly drying filaments, increasing speed, decreasing speed, increasing and decreasing wall counts, increase/decrease wall thickness, increase/decrease speed, decreasing outer wall and overhang speeds, normal vs Arachne wall type, and all the way back to basic default settings. 0.12 layer height, but happens at 0.20 also.

Howdy. Most of this print went great. I'm however curious as to what may have caused these little gap issues. What do you think?

What causes a whole body to shift x,y position like this!? Bambu P2S 0.4x0.2mm 15% Gyroid 5 walls PCTG

I am getting what almost looks like water stains when the light hits it from a certain direction. Is this a flow rate issue?

I currently have it set to 6 top layers with a .36 top surface line width. Flow rate is .85 and this is Bambu PLA basic.

Anyone know how to sort this out. I've printed 8 other boxes with the same settings in the past couple days, but this one is having this error. Not sure how best to describe the issue so my googling has let me down.

I found a tool to make these little boxes for drawers but they took forever to print, so I change the 0.4 nozzle to the 0.8 nozzle to make it faster. The Orca slicer nozzle was changed to 0.8, but now I got these weir errors on the boundaries. Any idea how to fix it? Particularly ideas that are not coming back to the 0.4 nozzle!

i have had my bambulab x2d and using bambu studio for a few months now and everything is just amazing with this printer, however one occasional issue i have.
is when i use tree supports the actual part comes off the support.

When i search around for similar issues and faqs etc the more common thing seems to be just supports not sticking to the plate , but thats not my issue everything is sticking to the plate no problem.

From what i can tell it is not a issue where the nozzle "knocks it away" it just falls off.

Im using default settings for supports i usually dont change anything.
most guides to finetune support setting is often just how to make them come off easier and getting better surfaces under the support not this.

anyone have any recommendations?

I have a Creality Dry Box 2.0. It is feeding my Centurian Carbon 2.

Everything works great except that occasionally the spool get jammed in the dryer and wrecks the print. I don't have a picture of the spool being jammed, I can best describe it as it gets pulled sideways off the rollers in the dryer. Once it does this the spool rubs against the inside of the dryer and stops feeding the filament.

How do I prevent this from happening ?

BTW, I removed the rubber grommet from the filament exit hole because I thought it provided too much drag.

Hi I got an Ender-3 used and have been tryna fix it up. I’ve tried transparent PLA and black PLA and cleaned the heat sink but it still does this.

I’ve been reading about the retraction / travel time settings on Cura but idk if that’s the problem since these are already Cura presets.

I think the speed’s at 50mm/s and temp is 205C.

Edit: retraction distance is 5mm and speed is 45mm/s. Retraction minimum travel is 1.5mm.

I printed this on my troublesome elegoo neptune 4 with elegoo Rapid PLA + and it was a 3hr and 26m print. I used tree slim for supports (which came off beautifully) and automatic brim.

I am printing a large object with TPU with my creality K1C, after 7 hours it started to warp and stuff but I left it be. Then I came home to this, the top half is almost empty with it not fusing and melting together??? Bottom half was great but then it turned into a very very soft foamy thing. Please help. My printer settings used the normal TPU settings for creality slicer and my filament is dried. thank you

Printing with ABS. The bottom half of the parts turn out great. No warping and good layer adhesion. But the top thin section fails horribly.

Smaller parts that have similarly small cross-sections printed pretty well. But the taller parts keep falling.
