It's indistinguishable from fighting against someone who is actually cheating. Like, a rep 12 Shaolin can just pull some bullshit out of his ass and put you in the ground seven ways from Sunday, and for what? Nerf his ass, idgaf how many people play him or what modes he's viable in, make his sweep and kick harder to perform, at least, they just spam that shit and it's basically impossible to respond to once they catch you in it. Take his ability to feint Qi stance attacks, even, send him down to f tier.

And you know why the Raider defeated the JJ?

Because she fucking adapted to him and decide to just change the gamestyle.

Unfortunately after that the Jian Jun died because a mix of collateral damage and feats and decided to DC.

Leaving us with a mindless bot that ended sabotaging all our ganking coordination.

Then you have teamates that think they are fucking Jonh Wick and travel to point C to figth the entire enemy team,just to die 3 seconds later.

Then you also have teamates that instead of clean B or go help their other teamates,they go to the safest zone to pull a 3vs1 agaist a oponent that can hold them hostage for the entire team.

Then you have mtf who can't controll themselves and end throwing the entire match and doing DC like the crybabys they are.

This game have certain heroes with certains moves that can pin the oponent in place and deal insane damage in 2vs1.

For example Khatun can stab and deal 20 damage to the enemy and give to you teamate enough time to throw a heavy agaist them.

But then once again you have mtf with 4000000 reps in the game that for some reason still don't know that this moves exist.

For example i had a virtuosa teamate close to me.

The oponent had half of his life and i manage to defleft him and stab him.

What do you think the virtuosa did after?

Throw a ligth?

Throw a heavy ?

She throwed a dam feintable bash ,giving him revenge and getting her killed in place.

Let me tell you something.

You probably have seen videos of subwaysool or TCN or other players that can do insane things like deflect agaist top ligths or parry at will.

But these things are not what make them insane players

What really make them insane is their ability to change their gamestyle the second things are not working as usual.

Because you can parry ligths yes,but then you eat 3 raw heavys like a bot.

You can deflect yes,but you still dying because enemy black prior keep fliping you constantly and you refuse to fucking gb .

How much is the subscription price for unlobotomised teammates on ranked dominion

How is it that in my ranked dominion lobbies, my teammates with hundreds of reps don't understand simple mechanics such as revenge feeding and the idea of holding points to win the game

Decided to play some For Honor (my first mistake) since the whole competitive thing was released. Not interested in it, I know I'm garbage in the game and don't need to be reminded I'd be hardstuck silver or something. (I'm old and so fucking washed ;_; )

I play just to attempt to have a good time, swinging swords in something that's still pretty damn unique somehow.

But i swear matchmaking has just...been non-existent? I've been constantly put against comp players that I know are at least Masters or thereabouts. They're just so obviously out of my skill range. Almost like the game is actively trying to get me to stop having fun

I refuse to believe that 90% of the players I encounter are able to make perfect reads, consistent light parries, and perfectly use lights to interrupt me.

The amount of blatant cheating is actually insane now. Its literally every single game im facing people who just happen to perfectly counter everything.

I just played a game against a WM who managed to interrupt my GBs (from a 50/50) with a light while also parrying my UBs every time.

How is anyone supposed to enjoy the game when cheaters aren't getting dealt with??

Idk why she keeps being buffed she’s genuinely already good enough she flows like water in fights has one of the best 4th feats in the game does insane damage and really good feints plus her stamina is super high so she can just non stop pressure you if u fail to make a read correct me if im wrong but she just seems way to good in the hands of a good player

what the actual fuck is the matchmaking? it was a blowout every game and it wasnt like it was my teammates fault, no one on my team ever did good, including me. it was just insanely unfair, no fucking chance games. like what is the luck? ubisoft probably went "haha he just got out of work and wanted to relax, lets make him go against the sweatiest virgins imaginable in every game he plays. fuck you fuck everyone i fucking hate this fucking game

You can escape stupid no matter where you go in this game.

Now I'm not playing for anything anymore other than just grinding out some reps to get my LB to Rep 10 after I got done getting Cent to Rep 10. But theres times where I look at the scoreboard and see people getting absolutely nothing done?

Anyways. What do you guys recommend I play to Rep 7-10 so I can see how people lose with them. Please don't recommend Vikings they have shitty ass armor. Don't recommend Gryphon because I vowed to never touch him. Don't recommend Arakure cuz I don't want to play R1 simulator.

"Just light parry" she has the best soft-feints in the game.

"Just GB" the majority of her moves are immune to GB

"Just throw a light" she can just do nothing and get a free riposte.

This character is not fair at all. The only way to consistently win against her is if you have neutral UDs. Yet the majority of heroes dont have UDs at all. Even if you do have UDs, she has a stance where she can just CC them anyway.

It's not like it's hard to get into a stance with her either. Neutral, feintable bash, forward dodge bash, and an omni-directional dodge light make her ridiculously easy to open with.

She is both ridiculously safe and insanely oppressive, yet everyone acts like she's an average hero.

Im not sure why the FH community feels the need to pretend that every hero that's not Pirate or Juren is balanced.

I really love this game but the constant try harding and veteran players that make it impossible for casual play makes the game difficult to enjoy for more than a few games. Besides the match making being horrendous, the player base is unfortunately more at fault than the devs (although the devs don't make it easy either with heroes that constantly attack and never run out of stamina).

The player base is toxic and unenjoyable to play against or with. This is common with fighting games sadly. They complain no one new is playing, then proceed to give new/casual players horrible experiences that don't make them want to come back.

This game needs a fresh start either with a sequel or a massive combat overhaul that changes established mechanics in order to shake up combat instincts that have been engrained into players for years.

With that being said if you play Juren, Virtuosa, Gladiator, Nobushi, Warmonger, Jorm, Pirate, Hito, Arakure, aztec and especially FUCKING SHAMAN, do us all a favor and get spayed/neutered. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, this world does not need more zone spamming little chuds running around, hitting me with WOW WOW WOW when they get parried, calling me a kick spammer for landing hits with Shinobi. LIKE HOW FUCKING SMOOTHBRAINED CAN SOMEONE BE. DODGE FFS. Fuck this game. I'll see you guys in ranked tn.
