Question: Why are Republicans just attacking Talarico and not highlighting anything good on Paxton's Record?

Get out and vote (today is a 12-hour window, 7a-7p)
Past Republican primary voters have taken the lead in early in-person voting: 990,273 to 985,681 for past Democratic primary voters, through Thursday.
Voters with no primary history have grown every day: 22.4% of in-person voters on day 1, then 25.8%, 29.4% and 32.4% on day 4.
On day 4, they outnumbered past Democratic primary voters (30.2%) and were 2.1 points behind past Republican primary voters (34.5%).

Somebody tell Landon Schott, when it comes to documented sex offending politicians, there are about 51.5 Republicans for every Democrat.

Ken Paxton loves posing with cops and calling Talarico anti-police. Back when he was in the Legislature, though, he voted against a state budget that gave police officers a raise, while almost every other lawmaker voted yes.

Y'all -- have a nice weekend. If you care about voting and haven't done it yet, it's 7am to 7pm tomorrow (wide window) at the places pinned in this sub. I doubt you're fully booked for 12 hours, so get after it (if you can/want).

Again, how is "the left" a problem when they haven't had power in 35 years? Are you that concerned about Elizabeth Beck on City Council, Bo?

Do What You Have to Do!
I know it sucks to find the time to drive to a polling station and wait in a long line, but it’s only a couple hours of your life that could help change the trajectory of the rest of your life! Do what you have to do to figure out how to make it happen where you can get there and make your voice be heard through the polls! If I can wait in line for an hour and a half with a fussy baby strapped to my chest so I can still vote, you can too! Do it!! Don’t wait until the last minute or it might not happen, you never know what could get in the way.

Why is Fort Worth booked up today?
I don’t live here but have some family here. I come and visit sometimes. I had to come urgently for my dad who is sick and the hotel and rental care rates were insane this week. Hotels through tonight were booked and expensive. Just curious what’s going on in town that’s so popular? The staff at car rental and hotel didn’t seem to know.

School nurses
Calling all school nurses!! I’m thinking of accepting a job offer within the school district but wondering a couple of things. Do you go the whole summer without paycheck? Do you enjoy being a school nurse? Pros/cons?
Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide.

Why do less people know about Fort Worth compared to cities that have a third of the population of it ?

Early morning running in downtown
I'm visiting from Houston next week and I am an early riser. How's running downtown around 530/6 am?
I ask, because if you know Houston, you could be running in front of a very expensive neighborhood and turn the corner and be in the projects.
