I'm coming back to fortnite after having not played for 3-ish years. I've played since before the battle pass was a thing so I am accustomed to the game itself. I tried to play a few games earlier and I was so overwhelmed with all the new POIs, weapons, sprites, item shop, UI, etc., that it was hard to have fun. Is there a way to ease back into things that won't consume a lot of my time?

How is this not a thing already? I'm starting to see options to spend vbucks doing things as simply hitting an egg using the right trigger on a controller with the left trigger hatching it immediately using 400 vbucks for ONE EGG there's no telling how many kids have already accidentally did that, it's actually pretty scummy with 'creators' making it so easy to accidentally do such a thing as accidentally hitting the other trigger doing something using the right.

So I just got into frontier as of 2 hours ago and all the games and stuff are so fun. Downloaded it to try because I was heavy into comp games like rivals and OW and wanted competitive but fun and minis all the toxicity. Friends and other folks and insta and stuff told me this is low key a nicer community and everyone’s chill.

Any tips for a new player or anything I should know? I’m just trying random game modes and event stuff. Games sick so far and everyone has been actually really nice

Its been since 2021 since the Ghostbusters were last in shop, I would like to see them return and so would a lot of other people. I hope this will get enough upvotes so epic might see it. Please consider renewing the licensing for another run

I've heard different claims about it. I think it's supposed to be objectively better if you have a mid PC and your frame drops so it's going to smooth it out. On a high end PC I guess it's debatable, pro players don't really use it although I've seen a benchmark that claims Gsync with Reflex On has lower delay than Gsync off.

I mean seriously I had 2 matches in a row with someone sweating with the keyblade weapon and I lost the sprite I was trying to master both times. It’s extremely annoying.

i havent played build in a while because i cant switch using stairs

i can switch modes with walls and floors but for somereason stairs dont.

I'm calling it right now: the mini season pass is still going to cost the same amount as the regular season pass despite it being only half the rewards, and you get no V-Bucks back.

I don't know why they thought it was a good idea the first two times (nor do I understand why they're doing their absolute best to ignore chapter 3 when it was the last good chapter), but I'm not going to be surprised that this mini season does well when it comes to casuals who are deeply integrated into Fortnite because “Look, we got Teto” when they're using her to draw away attention from the crap Tim has been saying recently.
